★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dag pakketje..!!Je zit maar te wachten Op je pakketje maar die wordt steeds niet geleverd, Sorteer foutje...Ook krijg je geen update over de situatie van de levering. En bellen gaat niet lukken ook chat gaat niet. Maar ik kreeg later te horen dat mij pakketje kwijt was geraakt. En dan wordt er gezegd dat ze niet verantwoordelijk zijn en dat ik het zelf maar mag oplossen.
Slecht bedrijf, de reviews liegen er niet over.
Bye package..!! You are waiting for your package but it is always not delivered, Sort error... Also you will not receive an update about the delivery situation. And calling won't work, chat won't work either. But I was later told that my package had been lost. And then they say that they are not responsible and that I can fix it myself.
Bad company, the reviews don't lie.

Sturen bericht over pakket dat om 22.40 bezorgt zou worden...loop verder uit naar 23.15 maar wordt nooit bezorgd. Volgende dag contact blijkt pakket retour naar Ikea te zijn gegeven, dus niks bezorgen alleen rond rijden.
Lousy delivery service from @ikea.
Send a message about a package that would be delivered at 10.40 pm... extend further to 23.15 but is never delivered. Contact the next day, it turns out that the package has been returned to Ikea, so don't deliver anything, just drive around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iets besteld via bol.com en het zou geleverd worden door red je pakketje. Kennelijk levert dit bedrijf alleen in de avond, maar in de avond is het adres van bezorging gesloten. Een andere afspraak maken kan niet. Dus nu moet ik 3 kwartier lopen naar een of andere postbus ergens zodat ik het dan daaruit kan halen. Als ik dit had geweten had ik het echt nooit besteld want ik ben slecht te been en kan er dus niet heen. Heel fijn dat bol.com dit van te voren goed communiceert...
ordered something via bol.com and it would be delivered by save your package. Apparently this company only delivers in the evening, but in the evening the address of delivery is closed. It is not possible to make another appointment. So now I have to walk for 45 minutes to some mailbox somewhere so I can get it there. If I had known this, I would never have ordered it because I have trouble walking and can't go there. It's great that bol.com communicates this well in advance...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying, I did not choose this service, the company I ordered from did. Their model seems to be based on serving same-day orders from customers. So your webshop order is lumped into delivery with direct consumers who scheduled the same day.
They only deliver in the evening. I tried to reschedule for earlier in the day after I found out this morning it would come between 1700-2230. As a shop owner, this sits exactly in the time I’m at the shop (until 1900) and then leave to go home. I got a rather curt response telling me I had two choices, (1) receive the package in the evening or (2) they return it. I chose to stay. I have been sitting in my shop for 3.5 hours after closing waiting for the delivery. I kept checking online, as instructed by the company, and it said up until 2230 with 38 packages ahead of me. At 2220 I got an email saying the driver has been delayed so long that I would have to wait again tomorrow.
When a delivery service is so restrictive with their process that they expect everyone else to work around their “plan”, maybe they should consider other options for customers who did not choose their service? Pick up points? Anything.
They overload their driver so they can't deliver when scheduled. You can't get an estimated delivery time until 1700 on the day of delivery. Then, they cancel at the last second after you sit around and wait all night. Even DHL is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivered a mirror from Ikea in about a 1000 pieces. Pretty sure that Ikea mirrors don't need to be assembled.
Delivery driver was also rude.
Customer support is basically non-existent. "17 callers before you" – yeah right, either you have a heavily understaffed support team or this is a standard message played so people will just hang up out of frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for my package for the 3rd day now. First they said they couldn't deliver because it was too late (22:30), the next day they said we weren’t home (we were and our intercom actually makes a picture of attempts to ring our bell). Since then they are not responding to our calls nor emails nor giving any updates regarding my package. Reading other reviews it seems to be a recurring pattern. If you try to compete with other logistics companies your only differentiating factor should not be being more unreliable than your competitors. Good luck with liquidating the company soon!
