★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadden een defecte stortbak bij onze wc. Amiro kwam nog dezelfde dag en heeft het gerepareerd met een nieuwe vlotter. Tot zover het goede nieuws.
Een negatieve verrassing was de factuur: voor 200 meter rijden worden Eur 45 voorrijkosten gerekend en voor 10 minuten werk wordt een uur in rekening gebracht. Voor de vervanging van een simpele vlotter waren wij daardoor Eur 165 kwijt (!). Er was geen overleg over de kosten vooraf, waardoor dit ook nog eens een verrassing was. Toelichting op de voorrijkosten en het uurloon: we rekenen altijd voorrijkosten en altijd minimaal een uur, ook als we na 10 min. klaar zijn. Wat een slecht prijsmodel! Wij gaan geen gebruik meer maken van Amiro, tenzij er een tegemoetkoming aan de onzinnige kosten wordt gedaan.
 We had a faulty cistern near our toilet. Amiro came the same day and repaired it with a new float. So much for the good news.
A negative surprise was the invoice: Eur 45 call-out costs are charged for a 200-meter drive and an hour is charged for 10 minutes of work. For the replacement of a simple float we lost Eur 165 (!). There was no consultation about the costs in advance, so this was also a surprise. Explanation of the call-out costs and the hourly wage: we always charge call-out costs and always at least one hour, even if we are ready after 10 minutes. What a bad pricing model! We will no longer use Amiro, unless a contribution is made to the nonsensical costs.
