★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor een vervanging van 2 batterijen worden 2 uren gerekend. Medewerkers waren in de buurt en konden daarom snel langskomen voor reparatie. Desondanks wordt 1.5 uur reizen gerekend.
Uren schrijven met een bladhark....
Ergste van alles is is dat de klacht niet eens over is...
2 hours are charged for a replacement of 2 batteries. Employees were nearby and were therefore able to drop by quickly for repairs. Nevertheless, 1.5 hours of travel are expected.
Write hours with a leaf rake ....
Worst of all is that the complaint isn't even over ...
