Ik bel weer op. Ja, Vrijdag 14 Dec komt de monteur. Monteur komt, repareert de CV ketel. Ik vraag of de CV ketel nog een tijdje meegaat. Krijg geen duidelijke antwoord. Uiteindelijk zegt monteur u bent nu toch hier, dus dat komt goed. Ik snap de antwoord niet en vraag door. Eindelijk een uitleg dat er geen antivries middel meer in de ketel zit en die nagevuld moet worden. Dat ik nu toch in de woning ben en de verwarming aanstaat en de ketel dus niet bevriest. Aannames van de monteur. En hoe regelen we het antivries middel want de monteur neemt geen initiatief om iets uit te leggen. Nou, ik zal een belletje krijgen voor een afspraak om het antivries middel op te vullen. Bedankt. Tot vandaag, 10 Dec geen belletje ontvangen. Ik heb in de afgelopen twee jaren genoeg gezien van dit bedrijf: slechte klantenservice, niet initiatief nemend, miserabele communicatie, geen follow up. Ik stap over naar de concurrentie. Called on 7 Nov concerning the leakage of the boiler. Answer: we are busy, no time today. I asked to be called on Monday, Nov. 10. On Wednesday, Nov 12th no response yet. I'm calling again. Yes, the mechanic will arrive on Friday 14 Dec. Mechanic comes and repairs the boiler. I ask if the boiler will last for a while. Don't get a clear answer. Ultimately, the engineer says you are now here, so that will be fine. I don't understand the answer and keep asking. Finally an explanation that there is no more antifreeze in the boiler and that it must be refilled. That I am now in the house and the heating is on and the boiler does not freeze. Technician assumptions. And how do we arrange the antifreeze agent because the technician does not take the initiative to explain anything. Well, I'll get a call for an appointment to fill up the antifreeze. Thanks. Until today, Dec 10, no call received. I've seen enough of this company in the past two years: poor customer service, lack of initiative, miserable communication, no follow-up. I switch to competition.
