★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel dubbel gevoel nadat dit bedrijf de installatie van de warmtepomp gedaan heeft (via woningstichting).
De tops:
- installatie zelf is in goed overleg
De flops:
- gebrekkige communicatie (vooraf of op het moment zelf)
- gaan ook weg als het nog niet klaar is
- zijn te beroerd om de klus af te maken, als het iets later wordt en laten je gerust zonder gas of water achter
- houden zich niet aan de planning
- houden zich niet aan de afspraak
Kortom..... denk goed na voor je met dit bedrijf in zee gaat. Of zorg ervoor dat je alles helder hebt vooraf ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zich functioneert de nieuwe CV ketel goed, maar de installatie had nogal wat voeten in aarde. Hoewel... de plintboiler in de keuken die ook nieuw is geïnstalleerd geeft helaas geen warm water.
Problematisch was vooral dat de communicatie gebrekkig verliep, zeker nadat tot overmaat van ramp de installateurs onze hele trap hebben geruïneerd bij het verwijderen van de oude boiler.
In itself, the new central heating boiler functions well, but the installation was quite difficult. Although... the plinth boiler in the kitchen, which was also newly installed, unfortunately does not provide hot water.
The main problem was the lack of communication, especially after, to make matters worse, the installers ruined our entire staircase when removing the old boiler.
