Don't respond to emails at all. Move appointments. And problems are not solved. Better find another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer. Woensdagochtend gebeld ivm een lekkage aan de verwarming. Vervolgens informatie gemaild. Daarna vrijdagmiddag tegen 17.00 (na zelf gebeld te hebben) te horen gekregen dat het door drukte heel lang gaat duren. Zeg dat dan meteen bij het bellen op woensdag!
Unfortunately. Called Wednesday morning about a leak in the heating. Then emailed information. Then Friday afternoon at 5 p.m. (after having called myself) I was told that it will take a long time due to crowds. Then say that immediately when calling on Wednesday!

Benaderd via mail voor plaatsing WTW unit, geen enkele reactie, een afmelding i.v.m. drukte zou professioneel zijn. Ze zullen prima werk leveren als ik dat zo lees maar daar hoort ook klantgerichtheid bij. Doe er wat mee Piet de Bruijn zou ik zeggen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op 3 januari is dhr Bruijn langs geweest om het werk op te nemen. Ik wacht nu 2 maanden later nog steeds op de offerte. Ik heb inmiddels 3x de reactie van ze gehad dat ik de offerte binnen een aantal dagen zal ontvangen. Maar helaas nog altijd niets gehoord. Voor mij dus klaar en een ander bedrijf gevonden.
On January 3, Mr. Bruijn came by to record the work. I am still waiting for the quote 2 months later. I have now received 3x the response from them that I will receive the quote within a few days. Unfortunately, still haven't heard anything. So ready for me and found another company.
