★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonisch contact gehad ivm lekkage. Prettig gesprek, advies voor alvast zelf wat zaken uit te zoeken/sluiten. Zou de dag erop langskomen. Niets meer gehoord. Ook niet nadat ik nog even een appje gestuurd had met de vraag of hij het nog ging redden die dag. Wel gelezen, geen antwoord gekregen. Waarom? Nee is ook een antwoord. Komt niet professioneel, klantvriendelijk en -gericht over. Naast vakmanschap is communicatie misschien wel net zo belangrijk. Gemiste kans!
 Had telephone contact regarding leakage. Pleasant conversation, advice for figuring out / closing things out for yourself. Would drop by the next day. Heard nothing more. Not even after I sent an app to ask if he was going to make it that day. Well read, got no answer. Why? No is also an answer. Does not come across as professional, customer-friendly and oriented. In addition to craftsmanship, communication is perhaps just as important. Missed opportunity!
