Los que trabajan en la oficina de Utrecht, le hacen un injusto servicio al Instituto. Hasta le pidieron a mi padre, un señor de 74 años de edad que salga a esperar en la lluvia en vez dejarlo esperar en la sala de espera. Un pena de comportamiento, The people in charge at the Instituto Cervantes were extremely unpleasant. They did not try to help us or find a solution to a problem we had. Those who work in the Utrecht office do the Institute an unfair service. They even asked my father, a 74-year-old man to come out and wait in the rain instead of letting him wait in the waiting room. A penalty for behavior
S	Stephan von P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtig gebouw, zeer vriendelijke & behulpzame mensen. Dat gewoon in hartje centrum Utrecht ligt. Zeker een aanrader om hier Spaanse les te nemen! Beautiful building, very friendly & helpful people. That is just in the center of Utrecht. Definitely recommended to take Spanish lessons here!

Bueno horarios y toda clases de facilidad para acceder a cursos para aprender holandés o conocer personas. Lo Único que los precios son elevados. También es la sede donde puedes certificar tus títulos de Ele. If you feel lost in a new city, it is always good to look for the house in your country or in your case as a Spanish speaker you have the Instituto Cervantes. Good schedules and all kinds of ease to access courses to learn Dutch or meet people. The only thing that the prices are high. It is also the headquarters where you can certify your Ele degrees.

A	Aigerim Massabayeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a short intensive introductory course there. The group was small, 6 people. The professor, Nuria, was great. The only thing is - the library works only few hours a day and is open some random hours. Also, the main goal of the course was to teach us conversational Spanish. I'd recommend it for those learning Spanish for fun or for travel but not for academic purposes.

I don't blame the teacher, but Institute Cervantes is responsible for the quality of the teachers or to give them the support needed to get to the quality that can be expected.
