★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we were so impressed with their concept of turning waste into such delightful dishes. we had mackeral salad with roasted roots, sweet sour apple and 64 degree egg. very clever! however, espresso although strong was a little too acidic for my taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a private event and was amazed at how delicious the multi course meal was. So crazy to believe it’s all made from food that would have been disregarded. The space was really cool and the the only thing that could have room for improvement is the service, which kinda of disappeared and we had difficulty getting a server to order drinks. We would still definitely come back for another meal here though!
We have also ordered their to good go package and it was a very fair selection!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic surprise, and affordable. Love the food and the concept, but I am came for the food. They cook with what they receive from others and make fantastic meals that are different every evening. The service was fantastic and I ordered the 3 course meal with French fries and I was more than satisfied. Service was excellent and atmosphere is wonderful. This is a great place for good conversation and great date night. I will be back again for lunch. This was such a find,, enjoy.

We went there one week and we tried most of the menu. Everything that was served was very attentive and tasty from the first courses until the desert. I was really curious to see how they are making food surplus into delicious meals. The result did not let me down at all and I would recommend it to everyone!

Hearing the thought process behind each dish was really interesting and the aim to save food waste is really amazing in showing that it's not necessary and you can have delicious food whilst reducing overconsumption. 10/10 will go again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the food is very nice and always different because of the concept they put in place (which is great). The day I went, all the courses were more like starters, I felt the miss of a real main course and there was nothing really filling: no rice, no pasta, only vegetables.
I think they could have done better in balancing the meal with some proteins (vegan or not).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really nice evening here during a lovely summer night in June 2020. The service is exceptionally good and both the friendly waiters and the chefs come to your table. At Instock you can taste very special products and the atmosphere is also very "gezellig". Would definitely recommend!
