★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent tens of thousands of dollars, months and months of frustration and basic website functions like checkout and search still don't work. Takes weeks to get a response. The owner Roy Van Eijsselsteijn is particularly unpleasant, on one occasion yelling at me when i needed support during business hours. They charge premium rates while using off shore labor which makes the process long and expensive. SCAM FROM BEGINNING TO END.
Here are some of the excuses received.
- I am away with guests and cannot call
- I don't need to be working now but I am helping you
- I'm the boss, Not an employee assigned to you
- Reading back the whole conversation just now I don’t know why I lost my temper… you were staying really calm. I picked up the guests in the night and almost didn’t sleep, - excuses, excuses
If you're too busy for your customers and cant fulfill your obligations, you shouldn't be in business, but off tending to your guests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I debated a long time about posting this. We posted a job to fix some things on our Magento site and the enthusastic team at Interactivated upsold us on a platform called Vue Storefront, revolutionary, works like a dream etc. etc.
The long and short of it is after spending nearly 100K USD on development, a year of our lives we had a non functioning system that would crash, checkout that either would not work or would charge people three times the amount. A design that was not responsive and quite ugly. Oh and very poor lighthouse scores.
Don't get me wrong the team there is very friendly but the experience was absolutely awful.
Edit: Since I can't respond I will note to anyone reading, steer clear of VSF it is an expensive system to set up and not worth any of the effort even when it works. There are much much better options out there.
