Tot 8x toe wordt ons gezegd "volgende week komt de zending eraan". Nu zijn we 4 februari 2022 en klinkt het "eind maart komt uw zending eraan". We hebben alle begrip voor een 'out of stock' maar op deze manier de klant aan het lijntje houden is niet professioneel. In gans dit proces is ook gebleken dat er moeilijk te communiceren valt met IHS. Het lijkt op een zootje bijklussers die naar elkaar wijzen als er iets fout gaat. We gaan op zoek naar een ander merk met professionele dealers. Exit IHS en exit Rituals. Ik sluit graag af met een quote van een bevriend collega hotelier uit Brugge ; "Zijn jullie klant bij IHS ? Oei." We have been buying Rituals products for our B&B Scheldt side in the Flemish Ardennes for 7 years now. In October 2021 we will order and pay a quantity of soaps. Up to 8 times we are told "next week the shipment will arrive". Now we are February 4, 2022 and the sound is "your shipment will arrive at the end of March". We fully understand an 'out of stock', but keeping the customer on the line in this way is not professional. Throughout this process it has also become apparent that it is difficult to communicate with IHS. It looks like a bunch of handymen pointing at each other when something goes wrong. We will look for another brand with professional dealers. Exit IHS and exit Rituals. I would like to close with a quote from a fellow hotelier friend from Bruges; "Are you a customer of IHS? Oops."
