Never when ordering! This company is NOT service oriented and does not think along with the customer. That's what I call crook practices. So no gun factor for this company.

Ik heb de boeken hier in Canada altijd snel ontvangen, ze waren goed verpakt, en, in tegenstelling tot Bol, werd er geen BTW verrekend, wat logisch is voor een verzending hiernaartoe, maar waar Bol zich niet aan houdt, wat goed is om te weten!
My experience with Internetboekhandel.nl is excellent. I have always received the books here in Canada quickly, they were well packaged, and, unlike Bol, no VAT was charged, which makes sense for a shipment here, but where Bol does not like, which is good to know!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het artikel wat ik heb ontvangen (kalender) zag er heel anders uit dan de foto op de site. Om die reden geretourneerd, en 2x gemaild dat ik ook de verzendkosten voor terugsturen retour wilde krijgen, omdat ik gewoon niet het juiste artikel heb ontvangen. Geen reactie.... Slechte service!
The article I received (calendar) looked very different from the photo on the site. For that reason, returned and emailed twice that I also wanted to get the shipping costs for returning, because I just did not receive the correct item. No response .... Bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered books as traktatie, i received them delayed after a week, supposed to be DHL issue. I received a damaged parcel which was closed by a DHL sticker, i didnt pay attention because i wanted to return the package. I didnt even open it!
They rejected the parcel (so i dont receive back my money) because it was damaged with the excuse that i had to reported the damaged parcel before sending it back to them.
Its a company which doesnt trust its customers. They are not able to find a solution with the customer. They are totally unprofessional!!
I suggest to everyone not to order anything from this seller!
