★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een zwaar onbeschoft personeel hebben ze hier niet te geloven. Ik was er afgelopen zondag en kwam zonder mondkapjes binnen. Het enige wat er naar me werd geroepen was MONDKAPJE! Ook een goedemiddag... het stond ook niet op de voordeur maar op de binnenkant van de deur vermeld dat het verplicht was. Ik voelde me echt zwaar ongemakkelijk doordat ze me zo onbeschoft te woord stonden. Heel begrijpelijk en goed dat ze zich zo aan de maatregelen houden, maar behandel de klant als een klant en niet als een of andere crimineel.
What a rude staff they have to believe here. I was there last Sunday and came in without masks. All I was shouted at was MOUTH CAP! Good afternoon too ... it was also not written on the front door but on the inside of the door that it was mandatory. I felt really uncomfortable because they spoke to me so rudely. Very understandable and good that they stick to the measures, but treat the customer as a customer and not as some criminal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een onbeschofte dame die daar werkt. Ze heeft altijd haast en raffelt het inpakken maar even snel af. Was daar afgelopen donderdag en mijn cadeau werd twee keer opnieuw ingepakt omdat mevrouw haast had en slordig inpakt. Ze sluit ook vaak de winkel eerder dan de aangegeven openingstijden. Denk dat zij de winkelmanager (helaas verkeerde keuze van Intertoys)
What a rude lady working there. She is always in a hurry and rushes through packing. Was there last Thursday and my present was re-wrapped twice as Ms was in a rush and sloppy wrapping. She also often closes the store earlier than the stated opening hours. Think she is the store manager (unfortunately wrong choice by Intertoys)
