Such a shame that Intertoys goes away. I hope that the stores that can keep the old feeling and can again be a success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intertoys in Heemstede bezocht. Meerdere PC games aangeschaft. Sommige doosjes waren al open geweest. De code die hierin zat was dus niet meer geldig.
Intertoys geeft zelf aan dat geopende doosjes niet terug mogen worden gebracht, maar deze Intertoys winkel accepteert ze wel. PAS OP MET GEOPENDE DOOSJES VAN PC GAMES!! KOOP DEZE NIET!
Visited Intertoys in Heemstede. Multiple PC games purchased. Some boxes had already been open. The code that was in it was therefore no longer valid.
Intertoys itself indicates that opened boxes cannot be returned, but this Intertoys store does accept them. BEWARE WITH OPENED BOXES OF PC GAMES !! DO NOT BUY THIS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bestuurbare auto gekocht in grote Houtstraat bonnetje kwijt nog geen 3 maanden oud en al stuk. Contact gehad met grote Houtstraat en kon er verder in elke intertoys terecht. Werd al gezegd dat die bestuurbare auto’s heel snel stuk gingen en wel een oplossing voor gevonden zou worden. Bij binnenkomst al een norse man aan het werk die vrijwel meteen zei nee niks is mogelijk en ook al bevond dat de auto ouder zou zijn en niks kon betekenen. Belachelijk. Terwijl je in de grote Houtstraat goed geholpen word. Hier totaal niet. Vooral die man is echt onaardig.
Koop hier niks. Ook voor garantie hoef je daar niet te komen. Ook op de manier waarop alleen al niet.
Begrijp dat zonder bon lastig is maar iets zou wel mogelijk moeten zijn. Helemaal als er in een andere intertoys dat word aangegeven.
Steerable car bought in large Houtstraat receipt lost less than 3 months old and already broken. Had contact with Grote Houtstraat and could go further in every intertoys. It has already been said that those controllable cars broke down very quickly and that a solution would be found. Upon entering a surly man at work who almost immediately said no, nothing is possible and even though the car was supposed to be older and could mean nothing. Ridiculous. While you are well served in the great Houtstraat. Not here at all. Especially that man is really unkind.
Don't buy anything here. You don't have to come there for a warranty either. Not even in the way.
Understand that without a receipt is difficult but something should be possible. Especially if it is indicated in another intertoys.
