★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Intertoys. They don't really understand what customer service is.
I rode from Utrecht to Almere for an order for a product which wasn't possible to deliver at home and showed as available only in specific shops, including Almere.
In the shop, they tell me that they don't have it in stock and I should contact customer service. Like being in a shop@Intertoys is not enough I need to call Intertoys from Intertoys.
I called them and my order got cancelled because there's no possible way to order the product and they'll return my money. Couldn't they have said that before taking my money?
What a waste of time & energy!
