N	Nick Does on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enkele maanden geleden getracht 2 kadokaarten te gebruiken in de Intratuin winkel in Rosmalen. Initieel werden we bestemd met fraude, daarna, na contact van winkel met hoofdkantoor, kwamen ze er nog niet uit (cadeaukaarten werden niet herkend en niemand wist er raad me???) Na een uur extra leuren in de winkel (met een 2-jarige), werd maar gezegd dat wanneer we niet met cash/pin kon betalen we konden gaan zonder producten. Dat is natuurlijk niet waarom je in eerste instantie 45 minuten door de winkel loopt en daarna je cadeaukaarten probeert te verzilveren Kortom; Ongehoord. Deze kaarten zijn notabene van Intratuin zelf. Op de bon staat letterlijk: De Intratuin cadeaukaart kan worden gebruikt op de webshop en de fysieke winkels van Intratuin. Zelfs na contact met Roel Pleizier van de Financiële administratie van het hoofdkantoor, die beloofde het uit te zoeken, bleef het stil. Ook na herhaaldelijke verzoeken om een oplossing. Wat een beroerde service. A few months ago we tried to use 2 gift cards in the Intratuin store in Rosmalen. Initially we were destined for fraud, then, after contact with the head office store, they were still unable to resolve it (gift cards were not recognized and nobody knew what to do ???) After an extra hour of peddling in the store (with a 2-year-old), it was said that if we could not pay with cash / pin we could go without products. That is of course not why you first walk through the store for 45 minutes and then try to redeem your gift cards In short; Unheard of. These cards are from Intratuin itself. The voucher literally states: The Intratuin gift card can be used on the webshop and the physical stores of Intratuin. What a bad service.

Hierdoor is de zending beschadigd aangekomen en zitten wij met een pallet die we niet nodig hebben (en ook niet nodig was voor de zending, het waren twee lichte dozen...), om dan nog maar te zwijgen over de respectloze bezorger. Jullie klantenservice is ook niet bereikbaar helaas... Intratuin; delivery with JKS is really not a good idea! As a result, the shipment arrived damaged and we are left with a pallet that we do not need (nor was it necessary for the shipment, it was two light boxes ...), not to mention the disrespectful delivery person. Your customer service is also not available, unfortunately ...
K	Kazimierz Bujakiewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb 2 weken geleden een schommelstoel ontvangen welke ik voor 400 euro heb aangeschaft (cadeau voor onze dochter) via de webshop. Na de levering bleek de stoel te zijn beschadigd. Draagdraden zijn kapot, losse bevestigsdraden en verf van de frame (was zelfs hier en daar met een afwijkende kleur verf bijgestipt). Direct gemaild naar Intratuin met een voorstel. Of een levering van een nieuwe stoel of korting (ik zou de draden op een of andere manier vast kunnen zetten). Ik heb een korting voorgesteld zodat mijn dochter de stoel kon houden en om Intratuin niet te veel "gezeur" te bezorgen. Ik heb tot op heden niks vernomen van Intratuin (telefonisch onbereikbaar en via mail stilte). Ik heb nu dus een groot en log ding in huis staan waarvan ik niet weet of ik het kan gebruiken, mijn dochter is teleurgesteld en Intratuin reageert helemaal niet. Ik ben toch geen magazijn en het toch recht op een oplossing zou je denken. Absoluut een zeer slechte ervaring met deze winkel. Product is ook matig en zit niet lekker, maar goed. Ben benieuwd wanneer wij iets gaan horen van Intratuin. Zijn dus nu twee weken verder. Ik denk dat ik mijn rechtsbijstand verzekering in ga schakelen omdat ik het nu echt zat ben. 2 weeks ago I received a rocking chair which I purchased for 400 euros (gift for our daughter) via the webshop. After delivery, the chair was damaged. Carrier wires are broken, loose mounting wires and paint from the frame (was even touched here and there with a different color of paint). Emailed directly to Intratuin with a proposal. Or a delivery of a new chair or discount (I could somehow tighten the wires). I proposed a discount so that my daughter could keep the chair and not to give Intratuin too much trouble. So far I have not heard from Intratuin (unreachable by phone and silence via email). So now I have a big and bulky thing in the house that I don't know if I can use it, my daughter is disappointed and Intratuin is not responding at all. I am not a warehouse anyway and you would think it would be right for a solution. Definitely a very bad experience with this store. Product is also mediocre and does not sit well, but good. I am curious when we will hear from Intratuin. So it's now two weeks later. I think I'm going to take out my legal assistance insurance because I'm really tired of it now.
M	Margret Lamboo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wees voorzichtig met bestellen via de webshop! Ik kreeg geen mail met ordernummer. Gebeld, was geen probleem ik kon het komen halen. Aangekomen moest ik een ordernummer laten zien dat ik dus niet had. Wilde mijn bankrekening laten zien dat het was afgeschreven, gingen ze niet mee akkoord. Ik kon het geld terug gestort krijgen, moest ik een mail sturen EN het ordernummer noemen, dat ik dus niet heb! Gelukkig ging het dit keer om een heel klein bedrag maar wees op je hoede, ik ben het geld kwijt! Be careful when ordering via the webshop! I did not receive an email with order number. Called, was no problem I could come get it. When I arrived I had to show an order number which I did not have. Wanted to show my bank account that it was debited, they didn't agree. I could get the money refunded, I had to send an email AND mention the order number, which I don't have! Fortunately, this time it was a very small amount, but be careful, I lost the money!
W	Willem Leemans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intratuin is een mooie formule, gezellig overzichtelijk en een groot assortiment aan planten voor binnen en buiten. Het liefst gaan we naar Rosmalen & Duiven. We hebben ondertussen 77 kamerplanten in huis staan en het aantal groeit nog steeds. Van de winter (2021/2022) is de slaapkamer aan de beurt. Kamerplanten zorgen voor een gezond klimaat in huis en geven sfeer. Er gaan er ook wel eens dood maar zo gaat het nu eenmaal. Niet elke plant is geschikt voor elke kamer mbt schaduw/halfschaduw of zon. Je begint klein maar als je de smaak te pakken heb groei je mee in het verzorgen het geeft rust. Ook buiten hebben we subtropische planten staan in potten met een watergeefsysteem dat bespaart water namelijk. Veel erger met het bekijken van de foto's. Intratuin is a nice formula, pleasantly organized and a large assortment of plants for indoor and outdoor use. We prefer to go to Rosmalen & Duiven. We now have 77 house plants in our house and the number is still growing. From the winter (2021/2022) it is the turn of the bedroom. Houseplants provide a healthy climate in the house and create atmosphere. Sometimes they die, but that's the way it is. Not every plant is suitable for every room with regard to shade/part shade or sun. You start small, but when you get the hang of it, you grow with the care, it gives peace of mind. We also have subtropical plants outside in pots with a watering system that saves water. Much worse looking at the photos.
