★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totaal geen goede ervaring met invicta Nederland. Ik heb in juli mijn horloge gebracht voor reparatie. Ik ben naar de shop geweest in bataviastad. Ik kreeg een offerte en moest akkoord geven voor de kosten. Heb ik meteen gedaan. Krijg ik na maanden een reactie dat er iets verkeerd is gegaan en dat mijn horloge nupas weggestuurd wordt. En deze reactie heb ik gekregen nadat ik enkele mails heb verstuurd. Ik dacht prima ik wacht toch al dus langer wachten kan geen kwaad. We zitten nu al bijna in december en tot nu toe geen horloge terug en geen update. Belachelijk gewoon. Heb ik 2 weken terug een klacht ingediend. Tot nu toe geen reactie
 Not a good experience at all with Invicta Netherlands. I brought my watch in for repair in July. I went to the shop in Bataviastad. I received a quote and had to agree to the costs. I did immediately. After months I get a response that something went wrong and that my watch is only now being sent away. And I got this response after I sent some emails. I thought fine, I'm already waiting anyway, so it won't hurt to wait longer. We are now almost in December and so far no watch back and no update. Just ridiculous. I filed a complaint 2 weeks ago. So far no response

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from Invicta Europe. Sent my Subaqua Noma IV for a new battery via tracked post from the UK. Invicta carried out gasket and water resistance checks in addition to the battery change. Watch returned securely packaged and set to my time zone :)

I bought Glycine combat sub 7 months ago. Unfortunately i have broken my watch stem. So i contacted to Invicta watch repair and sent a watch to them. They repaired my watch and sent back to me without any shipping and repair fee. I really surprised. Good job and thank you.
