We kunnen vanwege monumentale status pand geen buitenunit installeren. Vernieuwbouwwoning is wel erg goed geïsoleerd, dus warm. Dan is dit DE oplossing. We hebben de airco in de slaapkamer laten installeren. Zeer tevreden. Excellent guidance, fast delivery and neat installation. With aftercare before they send the last invoice. Due to the monumental status of the building, we cannot install an outdoor unit. Renovation house is very well insulated, so warm. Then this is THE solution. We had the air conditioning installed in the bedroom. Very satisfied.

We hebben voor deze opstelling zonder buitenunit gekozen vanuit esthetisch oogpunt. Prima advies en heldere offerte van Invisible Airco. De klantbenadering is uitstekend: geduldig en niet opdringerig. De installateur dacht goed mee voor en tijdens de installatie om tot de mooiste en beste oplossing te komen. Levering was sneller dan verwacht. Wij zijn heel blij met deze airco. We have had an invisible air conditioner installed on the top floor where the temperature can become very high in summer. We chose this setup without an outdoor unit from an aesthetic point of view. Excellent advice and clear quote from Invisible Airco. The customer approach is excellent: patient and unobtrusive. The installer thought carefully before and during the installation to arrive at the most beautiful and best solution. Delivery was faster than expected. We are very happy with this air conditioning.

Installateur gaat niet weg totdat wij tevreden zijn met het resultaat. Invisible Airco does what it promises. All agreements are met and the installation is done very neatly. Everything is in consultation. Installer does not leave until we are satisfied with the result.

Via een zoektocht op internet naar mogelijke oplossingen zijn we uitgekomen bij Invisible Airco in NL. Nadien ging alles zeer vlot : van het eerste telefonisch contact met Kees (sales consultant), het opstellen van een prijsindicatie obv foto's, een plaatsbezoek van Kees met de Belgische installateur, tot het opstellen van een definitieve offerte en de uiteindelijke installatie. De installateur (Abdel) werkte zeer secuur, netjes en met oog voor detail ; ook bracht hij vaak suggesties of oplossingen aan voor het bijsturen van het oorspronkelijke plan om tot een zo esthetisch mogelijk resultaat te komen. Wij zijn heel tevreden met het uiteindelijke resultaat !! Afterwards everything went very smoothly: from the first telephone contact with Kees (sales consultant), drawing up a price indication based on photos, a site visit by Kees with the Belgian installer, to drawing up a final offer and the final installation. Vanaf het eerste contact is e.e.a. zeer soepel en professioneel verlopen en zijn steeds alle afspraken netjes nagekomen. Nadat wij hadden aangegeven dat wij in principe verder wilden toen de voorlopige offerte was gemaakt is men bij ons thuis geweest om de situatie ter plekke te bekijken, waarbij installateur Moen heel handige en kundige adviezen heeft gegeven. Na ons akkoord is de installatie sneller dan verwacht op vakkundige en zeer nette manier geplaatst en in werking gesteld. Wij zijn erg tevreden met Leverancier Invisible Airco en installateur Moen en genieten vrijwel dagelijks van onze geweldig airco! Just in time for the hot days, we had an air conditioning system installed by this company without an outdoor unit. From the first contact, everything went very smoothly and professionally and all agreements were always neatly fulfilled. After we had indicated that in principle we wanted to continue when the provisional quotation was made, they visited our home to view the situation on site, with installer Moen providing very useful and expert advice. After our approval, the installation was placed and put into operation faster than expected in a professional and very neat manner. We are very satisfied with Supplier Invisible Airco and installer Moen and enjoy our great air conditioning almost every day!

Bij het bespreken van onze wensen werd er goed meegedacht (door Giwanni) in de opties en werden de voor- en nadelen toegelicht. Vervolgens kregen we een duidelijke offerte en na akkoord verliep het installeren voorspoedig. Ik kan iedereen (maar zeker geïnteresseerden in een appartement) hen dan ook aanraden. From the first contact we had a good feeling with this party and afterwards we were very happy with our choice. When discussing our wishes, the options were well thought out (by Giwanni) and the advantages and disadvantages were explained. The contractor did a great job minimizing the 'impact', he kept the house clean and worked very tidily. The way he did the cabling shows he is a true professional - orthogonal angles, well arranged and fixed in place in all rooms. Provided maintenance tips and ensured wifi was setup as well. Carried out testing with and without washing machine running. Couldn't be happier with the result.
