It was no problem that we couldn’t attend the courthearing during the procedure. They handled everything for us. Definitly would recommend and come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could highly recommend IVB more to anyone who is hesitating using a Collection agency. They are definitely the best solution to your outstanding debts.
During my first enquiry by telephone they took a lot of time to listen and understand what our issue was and advised me to submit a 7 day notice period prior to taking our instruction. When I then submitted the debt online it was a very simple process and the result was effective with the full debt recovered. No cure no pay.
