★ ★ ★ ★ ★ belazerd,opgelicht,op een verkoper na,ze willen op, een agressieve manier dingen verkopen,wat je niet nodig hebt.mijn computer , die ik 2 jaar geleden bij bcc, nieuw had gekocht,was kapot,ben naar hun geweest,ze zeiden,besturing was kapot,het was niet de moeite waard om te repareren,en hebben ze mij een andere( packard) computer aangesmeert, ik moest even 100 euro bij betalen,en mijn oude computer, werd zo maar in beslag genomen, zonder overleg,na enkele tijd begon deze computer ook niet goed te werken, ik durfde niet meer naar deze zaak( laptop arts) te gaan,bang dat ze mij , opnieuw zouden belazeren. na enige research op internet,kwam ik uit op, atras hengelo, de man heeft mij duidelijk, eerlijk uitgelegd, wat er aan de hand was. ik kijk altijd npo live tv op mijn computer,maar na enige tijd crast deze packard computer,de man heeft mij geadviseert om een computer te halen met meer gigabites,en deze niet meer te laten repareren,bijna 1 uur bezig geweest, ik hoefde niets te betalen,hij adviseerde mij zelfs , welke soort computer ik het beste kon kopen, ik adviseer mensen, zodat ze niet hetzelfde meemaken als mij bij laptop arts hengelo, aan de bandoeng straat 58. die jongeman op de foto was vriendelijk, daar heb ik niets op te zeggen, WAT IK BEDOEL,was een jongere man,ALS HIJ DEZE RECENSIE LEEST, WEET HIJ DONDERSGOED, WIE IK BEDOEL.HIJ HEEFT mij de packard computer met 2 GIGABITE AANGESMEERT, , 100 EURO WEG, VOOR IETS ,WAAR IK NIETS AAN HEB,TERWIJL IK DUIDELIJK, HEB VERTELT, WAARVOOR IK HET NODIG HAD, NAMELIJK OM TV TE KIJKEN OP INTERNET, HIJ ZEI, MET DEZE COMPUTER PACKARD, KUN JE RUSTIG TV KIJKEN OP INTERNET ZONDER DAT HIJ CRASTWILLENS EN WETENS HEEFT IE MIJ BELAZERD,OPGELICHT. Ik heb mijn telefoon afgegeven samen met de nummer van mijn broer zodat zij mij konden bereiken zodra mijn telefoon gerepareerd zou zijn. Binnen een uur ben ik gebeld voor mijn telefoon en kon ik mijn telefoon gaan ophalen. Het personeel van de vestiging in Hengelo was erg vriendelijk en de kwaliteit van mijn scherm is goed. Ik kan zeker iedereen in de omgeving Hengelo aanraden om voor zijn reparatie even binnen te lopen bij Telefoonmaken en ook in andere steden heb je vestigingen waar je langs kunt gaan voor een reparatie van Telefoonmaken, zeker doen!
I went to the Telefoon making branch in Hengelo for a screen repair for my phone. I handed over my phone along with my brother's number so they could reach me as soon as my phone was fixed. Within an hour I got a call for my phone and I was able to pick up my phone. The staff at the Hengelo branch were very friendly and the quality of my screen is good. I can certainly recommend everyone in the Hengelo area to drop in at Telefoon Maak for their repairs and in other cities you also have branches where you can visit for a repair from Telefoon making, do it!
