★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been following them in 2020 for a set of pedals (race bike). Did not order anything as I knew they where experiencing production problems. In December 2020 they updated their site, with expected shipment January 2021, ordered a pair. This got then delayed to June 2021. Nothing. I pushed for a refund, which was 'processed' by IQSquare. Of course I did not receive anything. In retrospect, unknowning consumers have been paying to keep their company afloat, which of course is illegal. IQSquare perfectly knew that no pedals would be shipped, they simply needed the money.
I am putting together information to start legal action against these practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre-ordered in October 2019, no money & no product, automated emails on requests or no reaction at all! They claim to deliver in the past "Expected delivery mid 2021", if you don't believe in time travel, it's not for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have pre-ordered in 2020, not received my pedals for over 12 months, and then asked for a refund according to the purchase agreement. Not received my money back for 6 months now, and they stopped responding.

My brother ordered a pair from their shop in October 2019!
According to their shop rules they would have to reimburse automatically if not shipping within a year. Now it's about 2 years, and when contacting them they claimed that they would do so in one month.
The month passed by, no money was transferred back.
These guys have been running this SCAM for too long now, and it's time to sue them.
This is NOT an isolated case. Just google it! This has all signs of a professionally run SCAM! Beware of them. If it sounds too good it isn't true...
Luckily I wanted to wait to see them before placing an order as well.
