★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verder dan de receptie ben ik niet gekomen. Na 5 minuten kwamen er enkele medewerkers vanuit een kantoor gelopen. Deze riepen wel naar iemand in een ander kantoor dat er volk aan de balie stond. Maar na 15 minuten wachten zonder dat er iemand aanwezig of aanspreekbaar was ben ik vertrokken.
Ik heb wel begrip voor dat iemand even weg is, maar dit is echt slecht. Schijnbaar was er wel iemand voor de receptie, maar die was niet zichtbaar.
 I didn't get past the reception. After 5 minutes, some employees walked out of an office. They did call out to someone in another office that there were people at the desk. But after 15 minutes of waiting without anyone being present or approachable, I left.
I can understand that someone is gone for a while, but this is really bad. Apparently there was someone at the reception, but he was not visible.
