β β β β β Gereageerd op een studio die te huur werd aangeboden. Inschrijfkosten β¬30. Betaald en uitgenodigd voor een bezichtiging. Bij het openen van de deur van de studio vertelt de makelaar langs zijn neus weg dat hij vanochtend wel al een paar keer te horen had gekregen dat de foto's en de omschrijving op de website niet van dit type studio zijn. Nou, dat bleek te kloppen, en niet in positieve zin. Wat een geld- en tijdverspilling!
Update: naar aanleiding van bovenstaande ben ik benaderd door het bedrijf. Kreeg het aanbod om een andere studio te bezichtigen voordat deze op de markt kwam. Bleek helaas hetzelfde type te zijn, maar in ieder geval is getracht iets goed te maken.
Responded to a studio that was offered for rent. Registration fee β¬30. Paid and invited for a viewing. When opening the door of the studio, the real estate agent tells grudgingly that he had already been told a few times this morning that the photos and the description on the website are not of this type of studio. Well, that turned out to be true, and not in a positive way. What a waste of money and time!
Update: as a result of the above, I have been approached by the company. Was offered to tour another studio before it came on the market. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the same type, but at least an attempt was made to make up for it.

β β β β β Wat een ontzettend slecht bedrijf is dit. Anderhalf jaar heb ik een appartement gehuurd in de Gemini in Rotterdam en ik heb continu ellende gehad. Om even een aantal dingen te benoemen:
- er is geen zonwering aanwezig waardoor het appartement ontzettend heet wordt in de zomer gezien de zon continu op het gebouw staat;
- vanaf de eerste maand zijn er problemen geweest met mijn betalingen, wat uiteindelijk 8 maanden (!) heeft geduurd om op te lossen. Continu kreeg ik een telefoontje of een mailtje dat ik achter liep met de betaling van mijn huur, wat continu niet klopte. Er was een fout in de administratie wat ik telkens opnieuw moest uitleggen. Zodra ik het had opgelost met een medewerker, werd ik binnen een paar weken weer gebeld of gemaild door een andere medewerker en moest ik alles opnieuw uitleggen;
- bij de oplevering van mijn woning was er lekkage, wat zo snel mogelijk zou worden opgelost. Het heeft uiteindelijk 6 maanden, waarvan 3 maanden met een gat in mijn plafond, en heel veel telefoontjes gekost om dit eindelijk opgelost te krijgen;
- de klantenservice was slecht bereikbaar en het duurde zeer lang voor je werd teruggebeld, als je al werd teruggebeld.
Ik kan het niemand aanbevelen om bij deze verhuurder een woning te huren.
What a very bad company this is. I have rented an apartment in the Gemini in Rotterdam for a year and a half and I have had continuous misery. Just to name a few things:
- there is no sun protection present, which makes the apartment very hot in the summer since the sun is continuously on the building;
- from the first month there have been problems with my payments, which in the end took 8 months (!) to resolve. I continuously received a phone call or an e-mail that I was behind with the payment of my rent, which was continuously incorrect. There was an error in the administration which I had to explain again and again. As soon as I resolved it with an employee, within a few weeks I was called or emailed again by another employee and had to explain everything again;
- When my house was delivered, there was a leak, which would be solved as soon as possible. In the end it took 6 months, of which 3 months with a hole in my ceiling, and a lot of phone calls to finally get this resolved;
- customer service was difficult to reach and it took a very long time before you were called back, if you were called back at all.
I cannot recommend anyone to rent a home from this landlord.

β β β β β Very bad customer service probably the worst i have seen in twenty years of travelling and hiring accommodation for work .I work locally in Oss and had seen the flats available from my office so i phoned office in Hertogenbosch and was greeted to a young lady who had quite a bad attitude so bad in fact that i gave up and felt slightly abused by the whole conversation .Pity the flat was local but Iresidence your CS needs improving if you want to attract customers like myself .Then again could have been my Polish accent .

β β β β β They are a group of scamsters and cheaters. One star is already too much for them. They will take away your money and give you false assurance that you will get to rent a house directly if you make a housing file and they will not respond after that. They will trap you into making a housing file for a house which costs 30β¬ for no reason, and then your name wouldn't even be there while considering for viewings. Please do not waste your money. Its totally a scam.
