★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great box with a very personal approach. I started my CrossFit journey at this box 18 months ago. Since then i've lost fat, gained muscle, strength and a ton of new skills. But the biggest change has to be my mobility; something that's neglected in almost every other gym. This truly is 'functional fitness' and the awesome community is a very nice bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I joined, I'd already heard good things about IronBlaze Crossfit. I took a trial lesson and liked the coaching and atmosphere from the get-go. The coaches know what they're talking about and are able to help and motivate everyone at their own level (not the one size fits all coaching that you get at other places). Apart from that it's very easy to get in touch with the staff and the prices are good compared to other places. All in all I would definitely recommend IronBlaze Crossfit whether you're a beginner or already more advanced.
