Isaak Makelaar heeft huis in de verkoop staan maar wil na het uitbrengen van een bod opeens over gaan tot veilen omdat er zo veel biedingen zijn. Kennelijk hebben ze het huis veel te goedkoop op de markt gezet om een buzz te creëren. Makelaar wilde ook niet in onderhandeling gaat tot na openhuis.
Bad experience
Isaak Makelaar has a house for sale but suddenly wants to start auctioning after placing a bid because there are so many bids. Apparently they put the house on the market way too cheap to create a buzz. The broker also did not want to negotiate until after open house.
