4 years to work with this Kafkaesque maze of an ERP system. Very unclear, outdated, error-prone, confusing and inefficient.

Alle vensters lijken op elkaar, knoppen die zomaar gaan lopen, scrollen tot je een ons weegt, ctrl+Z bestaat niet, ergens een vinkje vergeten en je bent het bokje...
Man what a lousy program this is.
All windows look alike, buttons that start to run, scroll until you weigh an ounce, ctrl + Z does not exist, forget a check mark somewhere and you are the goat ...

Je krijgt een goede indruk van de mentaliteit binnen het bedrijf als je in de ontvangsthal zit te wachten op wat komen gaat. Warm, vriendelijk, to the point, maar er worden ook zaken gedaan. Het is een familiebedrijf en dat willen ze nog steeds uitstralen. De personen waar ik contact mee gehad heb straalden dat ook uit. Je, jij en met de voornaam aanspreken. Ik mag dat wel. Ik denk dat dit een prima werkgever is. Kijk ook eens op hun website, daar zie je ook goed hoe ze het idee van familiebedrijf willen uitstralen.
I went to apply there. It is a modern company. The reception is excellent. You get a good impression of the mentality within the company when you sit in the lobby waiting for what is to come. Warm, friendly, to the point, but business is also done. It is a family business and they still want to show that. The people I had contact with also radiated that. Address you, you and with the first name. I like that. I think this is a great employer. Also take a look at their website, where you can also see how they want to convey the idea of a family business.
