We went into the process expecting to better understand about the process of birth and got so much more from it. It gave us confidence, empowerment and ownership of our experience. This resulted in an extremely positive home birth (and we we're very much planning a hospital birth). Thank you to Inbal for her guidance - she is a very calming and thoughtful teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inbal gave me confidence and helped me prepare for the birth of my first son in an in depth way. I played the hypnobirthing tapes on repeat during labor. Even though I was very anxious about giving birth in New York, a place where birth is highly medicalized and 36 percent of the women ends up with a c-section, i was able to have my unmedicated tear free birth even with all the odds against me. I am sure it is much the result of all the knowledge and good energy Inbal provides. I came prepared!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. Inbal is spiritual and down to earth. She was the missing piece in preparation of giving birth. She invites you to (re)connect and have faith in having a natural birth, not only with visualizations and meditation but also with proper information about physical processes during labour. She knows all the ins and outs of medical protocols and the physical (and mental) consequences of medical interventions. Altogether a very complete course I would recommend to every pregnant, partner and yet to be born person!!!

She also gave me and my love tools to experience this journey together, and for me to let him in and help carry. That was truelly special and I am so grateful for all of it.
I would highly recommend Inbals hypnobirthing course as it focuses not on the knowledge, but on the wonderous and powerful rite of passage it is and the strength and wisdom the female body holds. That is what birth is, love!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prepared the birth of my first baby with a 5 sessions course ran by Inbal over a couple of weeks. The course offers a spiritual and practical preparation and gives time to the participants to ask all their questions.
My partner and I felt empowered and fully confident that we could manage and have the delivery we wanted… and it worked!
