Met de overgang van VCA2008/5.1 naar VCA2017/6.0 zochten we een systeem waarmee we in eerste instantie op eenduidige en eenvoudige wijze een nieuw VCA handboek konden samenstellen. Via ISO2Handle kan dit op hoofdstuk-niveau waarbij ook de normteksten uit de 'VGM Checklist Aannemers' worden weergegeven. Wij hebben daarnaast gekozen voor 'voorzetteksten' die op basis van de normtekst bruikbare teksten voor het handboek voorstellen (dit is wel een optioneel product). Dit heeft ons geholpen om in korte tijd een nieuw VCA handboek samen te stellen. ISO2Handle is een veelomvattend systeem met registraties, documentatie etc. op uiteenlopende (deel)gebieden. Mogelijkheden die we in de toekomst verder gaan benutten, tevens voor ons ISO9001:2015 management systeem. Daarnaast is de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding prima en levert ISO2Handle goede support, aanrader dus! We are end users of ISO2Handle and we like this management system so far. With the transition from VCA2008 / 5.1 to VCA2017 / 6.0 we were looking for a system with which we could initially compile a new VCA manual in a clear and simple way. This can be done at the chapter level via ISO2Handle, which also displays the standard texts from the 'HSE Checklist Contractors'. We have also opted for 'prepositional texts' that propose usable texts for the handbook based on the standard text (this is an optional product). This helped us to put together a new VCA manual in a short time. ISO2Handle is a comprehensive system with registrations, documentation, etc. in various (sub) areas. Opportunities that we will use further in the future, also for our ISO9001: 2015 management system. In addition, the price / quality ratio is excellent and ISO2Handle provides good support, so highly recommended!
