Stefan de eigenaar heeft veel kennis van zaken en schroomt niet om bij twijfel oude rotten in het vak te raadplegen. Vriendelijk en gekwalificeerd personeel!!! This company values customer-friendliness. Communication with Stefan or the Isocoat office is more than excellent. Stefan the owner has a lot of knowledge and does not hesitate to consult old hands in the profession when in doubt. Friendly and qualified staff !!!
L	Lidewij Droog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hadden een afspraak om 14.30 uur. Om 15.00 uur was er nog niemand, dat kan gebeuren, dus heb ik er even naar toe gebeld. Er werd mij toen verteld dat diegene waarmee ik een afspraak heb, onderweg was naar mij. Hartstikke fijn, wij vast koffie zetten :) Toen er om 16.30 nog niemand was, toch nog maar even gebeld. Er werd mij verteld dat ik, ineens, helemaal geen afspraak had en dat het vast een ander bedrijf was waarmee ik een afspraak mee had gemaakt. Dit omdat het 'systeem' dit altijd goed doet en daar kon ik het mee doen. Dus. Ik vond het een bijzonder onvriendelijk gesprek/bedrijf, waar wij ook zeker geen zaken mee gaan doen. We had an appointment at 2.30 p.m. At 3 p.m. there was no one there yet, that can happen, so I just called. I was then told that the person with whom I have an appointment was en route to me. Great, we make coffee :) When there was no one at 4.30 pm, I just called. I was told that I suddenly had no appointment at all and that it was probably another company with which I had made an appointment. This is because the 'system' always does this well and I could do it with it. So. I thought it was a particularly unfriendly conversation / company, with which we are certainly not going to do business.

Wel de moeite waard om ook Isocoat te benaderen als je offertes opvraagt. Had good information during the consultation with Denny. Quotation was good, but we decided to work with another company. It is worth approaching Isocoat if you request quotes.

Gisteren hebben ze het dak bij ons gedaan en het ziet er super netjes uit. Ook denken ze mee hoe je het beste kan voorbereiden en dat je bepaalde dingen extra goed afplakt. Tijdens het werken hebben ze onze steiger nog even bedekt zodat deze er niet onder zou komen. Kortom: Netjes en tevreden! Denny came to our house to make a quote, then accepted the same evening because we liked it. Yesterday they did the roof on us and it looks super neat. They also think along how you can best prepare and that you cover certain things extra well. While working, they covered our scaffolding for a while so that it would not come under it. In short: Neat and satisfied!

Dus hier draait het niet om verkoop maar om goed advies. Echt super Had our house done an insulation check by Isocoat. Received honest advice and they indicated that it is not necessary to insulate the house extra. So this is not about sales but about good advice. really great
