a	alwine P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offerte maken ging prima, daarna begon wel de ellende. Onze afspraak is tot drie keer toe verzet door zieke monteur en verkeerde communicatie. De afdelingen planning wist bijvoorbeeld niet dat er eerst een groot gat in de kruipruimte gemaakt moest worden. De werknemer die het gat zou komen maken, was per ongeluk vergeten ons in te plannen. Dus de geplande datum werd twee dagen van te voren gecanceld en duurde het uiteindelijk nog een paar weken. De werkzaamheden zelf zijn keurig uitgevoerd door echte vakmannen, daar geen enkele kritiek op. Maar voor ons is de glans er wel een beetje vanaf en dat is jammer. Het was een onaangenaam, lomp persoon. Na de isolatie van de spouwmuren bleken er steeds isolatiebolletjes los te komen, die wij vonden op ons balkon en voor- en achtertuin. Ik heb echt héél veel moeite moeten doen voor ze langskwamen, waarbij het ook nog een aantal keer fout liep, door hun toedoen. Ondanks dat de boel nu hersteld zou moeten zijn vinden wij nog steeds isolatiebolletjes. Deze microplastics waaien overal naar toe en komen in het milieu terecht. Onvriendelijk personeel, slecht werk én vervuiling van het milieu! En dan nog iets: op klantenvertellen.nl wordt mijn review niet geplaatst. J	Jst-192 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isolatiespecialist heeft onze kruipruimte(s) geïsoleerd met EPS++ parels. Dit omdat onze woonkamer kruipruimte een los compartiment was met geen luik. De gang/keuken kon wel via het kruipruimte luik gedaan worden. Vooraf met de adviseurs afgesproken dat wij de bestrating aan de achter gevel zouden weghalen en een gat graven, zodat ze met de diamantboor in de fundering een gat konden boren en zo de parels erin kunnen blazen. Zowel bij de adviseurs als de isolatie-monteurs hebben we een fijn gevoel gehad en waren erg vriendelijk. Het gaf ons een fijn gevoel. Dit was ook doorslag om voor Isolatie Specialist te kiezen, qua prijs zitten ze wel hoger dan de concurrent. Ivm subsidie drukte was het helaas niet meer mogelijk om in december 2020 op de planning te komen, maar gelukkig loopt er een nieuwe subsidie door vanaf januari 2021. Het gat in de fundering maken zag er zeer indrukwekkend uit en de grote stofzuiger slang + grote vrachtauto trok veel bekijks in de straat. Geniaal hoe Isolatie specialist deze constructie verzonnen heeft. Het werkt wel efficient! Want het blaast er heel snel in op deze manier. Kortom: Aanrader! De communicatie heb ik als zeer prettig ervaren, er werd snel gereageerd op vragen. Naderhand bewijsstukken voor het aanvragen voor de subsidie toegestuurd gekregen. Kortom, top! Hoe de isolatie bevalt kan ik pas beoordelen als het weer kouder gaat worden maar ik ga er vanuit dat het gaat schelen in de gasrekening en comfort. Good advice on floor insulation. Doordat onze straat ineens onaangekondigd was open gebroken en ze niet konden parkeren op de afgesproken plek hebben de medewerkers direct naar oplossingen gezocht en super vriendelijk en vakkundig onze vloer geïsoleerd. K	Karel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag 25 oktober 2021 is de dag dat het grote vloer isoleren gebeuren mag. Keurig op tijd kwam de vrachtauto met de uitvoerders van deze klus voorrijden. Omdat onze vloer deels is van hout, deels beton, hadden wij al met adviseur Corina Bol besproken welke materialen het best geschikt zouden kunnen zijn voor ons huis. Vandaag kwam de auto voorrijden, 3 man /vrouw sterk om de klus te klaren. Pakken Pif en Ecose en latten werden uitgeladen. Materialen op maat gemaakt, en niet te vergeten werden wij als bewoners op de hoogte gebracht van de gang van zaken. Wat een geoliede machine deze zeer acuraat werkende mensen. Ik kreeg het er zo warm van dat de isolatie bijna niet nodig was. Gelukkig hebben ze het isolatie materiaal kundig en snel aangebracht want de medewerkers zijn weg maar het isolatie materiaal is blijven zitten zodat wij er ook bij hun afwezigheid er warm bij zitten.
