Er is aan mij aangeven dat er geen kwaliteits afdeling meer is binnen ISS catering en dat ik de klacht naar moet oplossen met de catering manger op locatie. Ik ben hier nu al 4 weken mee bezig en geen stap verder. Wat een trieste vertoning voor zo’n groot bedrijf.
Following various complaints, there is no feedback from the quality department. I was informed that there is no longer a quality department within ISS catering and that I must resolve the complaint with the catering manager on location. I've been working on this for 4 weeks now and no progress. What a sad display for such a large company.
