β β β β β Bij verkoop van je huis behoort alles gewoon afgesloten te worden. Maar hier incombinatie met de vve amsterdam zijn zo incompetent dat het 9 maanden moet duren voor ze er achter komen dat ze geld moeten hebben. Uiteindelijk blijkt ook dat niet correct en moeten ze betalen. Maja je bent cosument he dus dat kan dan nog wel maanden duren. Een tip laat iemand even de standen opnemen van appartementen die verkocht worden. Zodat mensen gewoon verder kunnen en niet maaaaanden op hun geld moeten wachten of dat jullie niet betaald krijgen.
Everything should be closed when you sell your house. But here in combination with the vve amsterdam are so incompetent that it must take 9 months before they find out that they need money. In the end, that also turns out to be incorrect and they have to pay. Maja you are a consumer, so that can take months. A tip has someone take a look at the positions of apartments that are being sold. So that people can just move on and don't have to wait months for their money or that you don't get paid.

β β β β β Deze fijne firma gooit een brief in de brievenbus voorzien van dag/tijdstip waarop men langskomt om meterstanden op te nemen. Ruim van tevoren? Welnee! Je zou maar op vakantie zijn. Wanneer er dan vervolgens niemand is komt er wel een factuur voor voorrijkosten, flink gepeperd. Geen sprake van een wederzijdse afspraak, totaal ongegrond. Wanneer je hierover in gesprek wilt word je minimaal te woord gestaan. "Dan had u maar thuis moeten zijn''. Er wordt doodleuk maar gefactureerd, als consument geen enkel inzicht. Als deze tent vandaag failliet gaat, geef ik morgen een feestje!
This fine company throws a letter in the letterbox with the day / time when people come by to take meter readings. Well ahead? Well no! You'd just be on vacation. When no one is there, there will be an invoice for call-out costs, which is quite expensive. There is no question of a mutual agreement, totally unfounded. If you want to talk about this, you will be spoken to at a minimum. "Then you should have been home." Invoicing is casually done, as a consumer no insight whatsoever. If this tent goes bankrupt today, I'll throw a party tomorrow!

β β β β β Dit bedrijf administreert en verwerkt meterstanden van blokverwarmingen. Maar als je o.b.v. de AVG vraagt om inzage in je dossier krijg je dat niet. Is niet alleen een overtreding van de AVG maar geeft ook te denken waarom men zo moeilijk doet. Geeft een schimmige indruk!!!
This company administers and processes meter readings of block heating. But if you the AVG asks for access to your file, you do not get that. Not only is it a violation of the GDPR, but it also makes you think why people are doing so hard. Gives a shadowy impression!!!

β β β β β Questa simpatica compagnia olandese( non e' l unica) a quanto pare lavora sotto banco.
Questo semplicemente significa che non certifica di fatto il consumo reale del gas, ma semplicemente inventa le fatture annuali degli appartamenti.
Sono anni che li tengo d' occhio e ora posso confermare che non mi sbaglio.
Anzi diro' di piu'... credo ma non posso certificarlo ancora... che lavori con agenzie immobiliari sottobanco.
State molto attenti... e informatevi... poiche' io andro' a fondo insieme ad altre persone che la pensano come me a questa storia.
This nice Dutch company (not the only one) apparently works under the counter.
This simply means that it does not actually certify actual gas consumption, but simply invents the annual apartment bills.
I have been keeping an eye on them for years and now I can confirm that I am not mistaken.
In fact I'll say more ... I think but I can't certify it yet ... that you work with real estate agencies under the table.
Be very careful ... and inquire ... as I will go to the bottom along with other like-minded people on this story.
