Ze haken niet in op een term op je CV maar hebben een duidelijk beeld van je totale werkervaring. Na een paar verkennende gesprekken bij potentiele werkgevers uiteindelijk terecht gekomen bij het bedrijf waar ik graag aan de slag ga!
 My experience with recruiters is generally not very positive. IT-8 is an exception to this. They do not respond to a term on your CV but have a clear picture of your total work experience. After a few exploratory conversations with potential employers, I finally ended up at the company where I would like to work!
