★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb de training Sca Barista skills Intermediate gevolgd bij trainer Paul van de ITC academy. De training wordt gegeven in de Caballero fabriek, een geweldige en inspirerende omgeving. Paul weet de informatie uitstekend over te brengen. Een goede combinatie van theorie en praktijk. Ook zorgt hij dat het heel goed aansluit aan hetgeen je al weet en nog niet weet. Zeer zeker aan te bevelen.
 I followed the Sca Barista skills Intermediate training with trainer Paul of the ITC academy. The training is given in the Caballero factory, a great and inspiring environment. Paul knows how to convey the information very well. A good combination of theory and practice. He also ensures that it ties in very well with what you already know and don't know yet. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came down all the way from Germany to take part in a Japanese Tea Master class some time ago but I didn't write a review by then. The building is fully equipped and has everything you might need to prepare tea and coffee. The guys from Obubu run the workshop. Everyone was nice and friendly, we learned a lot and had a great time. We even got to prepare matcha in the proper way. See me in the picture. ?
