★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super costumer service, excellent conditon mac for half retail, way past my expectation. Will never buy a new mac again. They take pleasure in caring for the costumer, it's not just business. When my macbook arrived, the charger stopped working on day 2. I called them and they just took charge of fixing the charger. The new one arrived next day including an attachment for the US, (since I told them on the phone I was traveling soon and needed my mac with me).

In particular I'd like to compliment a gentleman named Laurens, who was a pleasure to deal with over the phone regarding an issue that I had. He took absolute ownership over the problem and resolved it within minutes.
