★ ★ ★ ★ ★ James heeft bij mij een dakopbouw gemaakt, twee badkamers geplaatst, twee toiletten, riolering, elektra, renovatie van muren, stucwerk geplaatst en dat allemaal (op de opbouw na) in zijn eentje. James is een vakman zoals je ze niet vaak meer tegen komt. Hij is een pietje precies en dat is te zien aan de afwerking en de kwaliteit van materialen die hij gebruikt. Is hij duur? Dat niet, ook zeker niet de goedkoopste, maar wel de beste. Puur vakwerk dus.
 James made a roof extension for me, placed two bathrooms, two toilets, sewage, electricity, renovation of walls, placed stucco and all that (except for the construction) on his own. James is a craftsman like you don't often come across. He is very precise and that can be seen in the finish and the quality of materials he uses. Is he expensive? Not that, certainly not the cheapest, but the best. So pure craftsmanship.
