Bedankt nog daarvoor. Helped me very well with further searching for cause of complaints, which continued to various treatments and intervention. This was life saving for me! Thank you for that.

Roept niet zomaar wat maar zoekt dingen voor je uit als hij iets niet direct 100% zeker weet. Je wordt ook niet door de assistenten aan de telefoon afgescheept met advies om een aspirientje te nemen. (The "man" below concerned Mr. Klomp, who is no longer a general practitioner in this practice). Very nice person who offers genuine care. Does not just say something, but seeks out things for you if he is not immediately 100% sure about something. You will also not be kicked off by the assistants on the phone with advice to take an aspirin.
J	Jeroen van Veghel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het beleid is nu dat normale zorg, zoals een ontsteking laten behandelen, zoveel mogelijk wordt afgehouden. Allereest door de telefoon niet op te nemen. Als ze dat uiteindelijk toch doen, dan wordt een afspraak maken onmogelijk gemaakt, zogenaamd vanwege corona. "Stuur online de foto's via mijngezondheid.net en daarna beoordeelt de huisarts". Die site geeft aan een wachttijd van 2 dagen. Niet bepaalt betrokken noem ik dit. The policy now is that normal care, such as having an infection treated, is avoided as much as possible. First and foremost by not answering the phone. If they eventually do, it will be impossible to make an appointment, supposedly because of corona. "Send the photos online via mijn health.net and then the doctor will assess". That site indicates a waiting period of 2 days. I call this not determined involved.
E	Erik Helfferich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huisarts zelf is aardig, maar de bereikbaarheid en beleid receptie zijn echt niet meer van deze tijden !! Ook het nagenoeg steeds gesloten receptie/loket waar dan toevallig een medewerker langs loopt en je maar moet hopen dat je geholpen gaat worden ?? Maar nooit iemand je rustig en netjes te woord kan staan, steeds druk met van alles maar geen rust voor de patienten ? Ook het mijn gezondheid net wordt er of zeer laat of niet gereageerd, meestal moet je dan zelf weer even na bellen en hopen dat er misschien opgenomen gaat worden. Dus in mijn ogen een dikke onvoldoende voor de receptie, sorry maar ga hier mee aan de slag zou ik zeggen. Nb. ook is volgens mij door huisarts zelf straal vergeten om op iets belangrijks terug te komen of niet ?? The doctor himself is nice, but the accessibility and reception policy are really outdated !! Also the almost always closed reception / counter where an employee happens to walk past and you just have to hope that you will be helped?? But never someone can talk to you calmly and neatly, always busy with everything but no rest for the patients? Also my health net, there is either very late or no response, usually you have to call again yourself and hope that maybe there will be recorded. So in my opinion a big unsatisfactory for the reception, sorry but I would say get started with this. Nb. I also think that the doctor himself forgot to return to something important or not?
