Het is nu dus de maand mei en ik heb nog nooit zo veel onkruid van dezelfde soort door mijn gehele tuin gehad. Die 'voedings'grond zit dus vol met onkruidzaad, wat een t......zooi is dit zeg! Hele dag bezig geweest om de gehele tuin te wieden en dat zal nog wel een aantal keren nodig zijn! Schandalig dat je zoiets durft te verkopen! Mijn geval: Allereerst was men 1 item vergeten wat op de afleverbon stond. Dat werd wel netjes snel op de dag zelf gecorrigeerd, omdat ze dit op voorraad hadden. Toen de werklui vervolgens 2 dagen later aan de slag ging met de tegels, bleken de verkeerde tegels geleverd. Hun verweer: ja, u moet wel controleren of u het juiste heeft gekregen. Dat is makkelijk praten met ingepakte tegels die ook nog eens omgekeerd liggen. Bovendien staat de juiste tegel wel op de afleverbon. Weer een dag later blijken de stenen ter opbouw van een muurtje te bestaan uit bijna allemaal hoekstenen, waardoor deze nooit netjes opgemetseld kan worden. Hun verweer: U bent de eerste die hiermee komt. Zo verkopen wij dit altijd. Lang verhaal kort: Ze maken veel fouten en daarnaast hebben ze of geen verstand van zaken of ze liegen dat ze barsten. Beide zijn niet al te positief. Unbelievable that this company has so many positive reviews. I only know people where all kinds of things go wrong with the deliveries. My case: First of all, they forgot 1 item that was on the delivery note. That was corrected quickly on the day itself, because they had this in stock. When the workers then started working with the tiles 2 days later, it turned out that the wrong tiles had been delivered. Their defense: yes, you do have to check if you got the right thing. That is easy to talk with wrapped tiles that are also upside down. In addition, the correct tile is on the delivery note. Another day later, the stones for building up a wall appear to consist of almost all cornerstones, so that it can never be neatly built up. Their defense: You are the first to come up with this. That's how we always sell it. Long story short: They make a lot of mistakes and in addition, they either have no knowledge of business or they lie that they burst. Both are not too positive.
