Een bedrijf dat betrouwbaar overkomt Hunnink behandeld klanten vriendelijk. Bij afspraken voor onderhoud wordt gedaan wat nodig is en worden er geen reparaties bedacht. Dat is misschien iets wat Toyota eigen is, daar ik in Delft dezelfde ervaring heb opgedaan. Verder is het kopen van een Toyota mijn beste keuze ooit geweest, van de diverse merken dat ik daarvoor heb gehad. Toyota is een veilige wagen met een geweldig en stil rijgedrag, zonder overmatige onderhoud en reparaties.

Hoi! Ik ben Tim een master student uit Eindhoven. Ik heb twee maanden geleden een tweedehands Toyota Yaris gekocht bij deze dealer. Om naar mijn stage en afstuderen te kunnen rijden. De banden waren bij aankomst aardig versleten en zijn daarom, na overleg, voor de aankoop gratis vervangen voor zo goed als nieuwe banden (als ze niet nieuw waren). Bij aankoop werd mij verteld dat ik waarschijnlijk de komende tijd niet terug hoefde te komen, maar niets was minder waar. Helaas, begon er afgelopen week toch wat te rammelen onder de auto en heb ik de garage gebeld. Ze waren goed te bereiken en heb hun in een mailtje een filmpje gestuurd over het tikken/geluid van de uitlaat. Hieruit werd geconcludeerd dat het waarschijnlijk niet heel ernstig zou zijn, maar dat ik wel een keer die kant op zou moeten komen. Omdat ik het toch niet helemaal vertrouwde heb ik snel een afspraak gepland op zaterdagochtend. Kort na aankomst werd mij verteld dat het toch aardig mis was met de uitlaatdemper en dat er direct iemand in de auto was gestapt om het onderdeel in Veenendaal te gaan halen. Ik mocht een koffietje voor mezelf tappen en er werd aan mij de internet code verschaft zodat ik dat ene uurtje nog even kon gaan studeren. Bij het terug krijgen van de auto sleutel vertelde de dealer mij dat de uitlaat was vervangen voor een gloed nieuwe en aangezien dit binnen de garantie periode viel het niks koste. Daarnaast hadden ze geconstateerd dat er een spijker in de linker voorband zat en de band lek was (waarschijnlijk op de heenweg gebeurd). Die hadden ze direct eruit gehaald, geplakt en opgepompt (gratis). Dat noem ik service! Ik heb het gevoel dat je bij deze dealer geen natte praatjes krijgt, maar de waarheid. De dealer komt zijn afspraken die hij maakt tijdens de aankoop klaarblijkelijk na. Normaal ben ik niet zo van de reviews (meestal alleen als iets heel slecht is haha) , maar ik gun het ze als ze zo met hun klanten blijven omgaan. Een aanrader dus! Dankjulliewel van-Hunnik
Hi! I am Tim a master student from Eindhoven. I bought a used Toyota Yaris from this dealer two months ago. To be able to drive to my internship and graduation. The tires were quite worn on arrival and were therefore, after consultation, replaced free of charge for as good as new tires (if they were not new). When I bought it, I was told that I probably wouldn't have to come back for a while, but nothing could be further from the truth. Unfortunately, there started to rattle under the car last week and I called the garage. They were easy to reach and I sent them a video in an email about the tapping/sound of the exhaust. From this it was concluded that it probably wouldn't be very serious, but that I would have to come that way at some point. Because I didn't trust it completely, I quickly scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Shortly after arrival I was told that it was quite wrong with the muffler and that someone had immediately got into the car to get the part in Veenendaal. I was allowed to tap a coffee for myself and I was provided with the internet code so that I could study for that one hour. When getting the car key back, the dealer told me that the exhaust had been replaced for a brand new one and since this was within the warranty period, it cost nothing. In addition, they had found that there was a nail in the left front tire and the tire was flat (probably happened on the way there). They immediately took it out, glued it and pumped it up (for free). That's what I call service! I have the feeling that you will not get wet talk at this dealer, but the truth. The dealer apparently lives up to his agreements that he makes during the purchase. Normally I don't like the reviews (usually only when something is very bad haha), but I wish them well if they continue to treat their customers like this. So highly recommended! Vandaag onze C-HR HYBRID opgehaald. Ontvangen met een lekker bakkie koffie. Leuk en betrouwbaar familiebedrijf. Nichel heeft alles super geregeld. En ook nog een mooie grote doos chocolade gekregen.TOPPERS ZIJN JULLIE.

Onze complimenten voor de prettige manier waarop onze deal voor de aanschaf van de Toyota Rav4 , tot stand is gekomen. Heel prettig met een familiebedrijf zaken te doen, niet de transactie maar een goede relatie staat hierbij centraal. Alle afspraken correct nagekomen, klasse !!

Vandaag heb ik er een mooie Toyota Auris gekocht. Ik werd open eerlijk en transparant geΓ―nformeerd over de auto. Er zaten namelijk 2 kleine krasjes op. Vanuit Eijsden ben ik speciaal er naar toe gereden en werd keurig te woord gestaan. Over 14 dagen haal ik mijn auto op! Tevens heb ik 2 jaar garantie erbij gekocht en zijn alle ins en outs op een heldere manier uitgelegd!
Today I bought a nice Toyota Auris. I was informed openly, honestly and transparently about the car. There were 2 small scratches on it. I drove there especially from Eijsden and was greeted nicely. I will pick up my car in 14 days! I also bought a 2 year warranty and all the ins and outs are explained in a clear way!

Na interesse voor een Toyota CHR occasion zeer goed geholpen en goed voorgelicht over de voorwaarden en de inruil van de oude auto. Bij de aflevering en overdracht werd er op papier de voorwaarden waaronder de koop was gesloten overhandigd. Daarop stond precies vermeld wat we een week daarvoor hadden afgesproken dus de voorwaarden en inhoud van de garantie. Toyota van Hunnik zou ik aan iedereen aanbevelen en je krijgt ook meteen het gevoel dat je een klant bent die er toe doet. Nichel van Hunnik is een open en eerlijke persoonlijkheid en je hebt nooit het gevoel dat er een "gladde" autoverkoper tegenover je zit.
After interest in a Toyota CHR occasion very well helped and well informed about the conditions and the trade-in of the old car. At the time of delivery and transfer, the conditions under which the sale was concluded were handed over on paper. It stated exactly what we had agreed a week before, so the conditions and content of the warranty. I would recommend Toyota van Hunnik to anyone and you immediately get the feeling that you are a customer that matters. Nichel van Hunnik is an open and honest personality and you never have the feeling that there is a "smooth" car salesman sitting in front of you.

Seems like the crux of this business (particularly the owner) is hiding facts, not honoring warranty and being a bully. Below is a chronological description of how things went with this dealer, for a car (Fiat Grande Punto 91-PKH-5). Please note that I already own a similar car and this car was meant to be for my fiancΓ©. 21/09/2018: I call up the owner (Nichel) to check about a used car that was advertised on AutoTrack but without pictures. I am provided with a few pictures of the car and informed that the car has a cracked windscreen. I am informed further that the car's navigation system doesn't work but the rest of the car is faultless and without any issues. Since the car seemed good in pictures, I decided to make a visit to test-drive the car and purchase it should I like it on a test drive. After a quick test-drive, first alone and then with my fiancΓ©, a strange vibration on the steering though we are assured there is nothing wrong. We are also assured that apart from the issues mentioned earlier, the car just needs a basic service but no expensive or non-standard maintenance like timing chain etc. We finalize the deal with a warranty promise for 1 week from the day of purchase, on the engine and gearbox, for parts and labor. 22/09/2018: In the morning, upon starting the car, I find that there is a metallic grinding, clunking noise for a few seconds. From experience of having the same car in the house already, I suspect it to be a timing chain but decide to get it inspected at a Fiat authorized workshop or a Fiat specialist. 26/09/2018: I get the car inspected at a Fiat specialist garage where I am told that apart from routine service, the car needs a replacement of timing chain and driver's side shocker mount. The latter was causing the vibration on the steering as noted during test-drive. Upon reaching back home, I message Nichel (the owner) and inform about this "discovery" and very politely ask if and what he can do to resolve this. To be fair, I request him to take care of only the timing chain job because our warranty agreement was only for engine and gearbox though we should have been informed about the shocker mount also. After trying to tell me that the sound was normal and disregarding the inspection report of the garage as well as the fact that my other car (also a Punto) doesn't have the sound, the owner blatantly refuses to do anything. He even goes on to say that this is an old/used car and we should have expected such things, however, I would expect a seller (at least a brand dealer like him) to be transparent and inform in advance about such things. Seeing that this wasn't fair to me as a customer, I provide Nichel the option of either fixing the timing chain on the car or facing legal action; I am then provided an option of returning the car for an amount lesser than what I paid for it. 27/09/2018: I accept the offer made by the owner to return the car and since my fiancΓ© works afternoons, she took the car to the dealer to return it for our pre-agreed return price. Please note that the process shouldn't take more than an hour for the dealer to inspect the vehicle and then make payment before transferring the car to his company's name, especially because we have bank accounts with the same bank and so transfers are quicker. However, Nichel transfers the car to his company but then fails to make the payment. He then informs my fiancΓ© that he had another customer appointment and that she should head back because he will make the payment afterwards. Now, that would have been ok if he provided with some written proof that the payment is due and would be made by end of day or by a certain date but sadly, we are not provided anything. The owner then vanishes from the showroom, not to be seen on the pre-text of handling a client's delivery. After waiting for almost 2 hours, some personal remarks to my fiancΓ© because she didn't want to leave without the money, transfer is made. Horrible experience and best avoided; small universal sellers are much better than this brand dealer.

We were received by Nichel and he was always super transparent and correct. We felt well received and welcome (even though we didn't speak dutch). We ended up buying a Toyota Auris that we are really satisfied and happy. Nichel's approach of transparency was decisive in our decision.
