★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super goede huisarts vriendelijk, neemt goed de tijd voor je... ik liep al 10 jaar met vage klachten nooit serieus genomen... tot ik bij doctor v.d Wal kwam na verschillende onderzoeken eindelijk een diagnose! Super blij met hem!
Super good family doctor friendly, takes your time ... I have never been taken seriously for 10 years with vague complaints ... until I finally got a diagnosis after several examinations! Super happy with him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jarenlang, bijna 30 jaar patiënt bij hem geweest. Super kundige man, neemt de tijd voor je, en luistert goed. Ook toen ik verhuisd ben naar delft, nog steeds hem als huisarts gehouden. Maar toch helaas besloten om hier in delft een huisarts te zoeken ivm de afstand.nogmaals alle lof voor Dr.vd Wal en zijn fantastische assistentes. Ik had heel veel moeite met deze beslissing, allemaal heel erg bedankt voor de goede zorgen.
Been a patient with him for years, almost 30 years. Super knowledgeable man, takes the time for you, and listens well. Even when I moved to Delft, I still kept him as a general practitioner. But unfortunately decided to look for a doctor here in delft because of the distance. Again all praise for Dr. vd Wal and his fantastic assistants. I had a lot of trouble with this decision, thank you all so much for looking after me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was so bad. I walked in to ask about registration as a new patient there. They collected my information like phone number, postcode... then tell me go home and will call me back tomorrow. There was no call back from them. 2 weeks later, I called and it looked like that they do not want a new patient... I tried to convince them that that my family member already registered there and we live about 5 mins by cycling. Finally, they gave me an appointment in 2 days. I insisted to come there on the same day because I have to work another day. They gave an appointment at 3pm. I came on time. They gave me a form and ask me to go home to fill a form - with only need 2 mins of working and bring it back later tomorrow. I asked if I can fill the form there. They said they do not want that because of the overload in the waiting room which was empty completely at that time. No patients there but me. That's ridiculous. At that moment, I knew that I do not want to register there anymore. Even though they have very good rating but what I experienced from their customer service, it's not worth that!
