Van de eerste kennismaking, de opname en de offerte (keurig) tot de voorbereiding (reinigen, schuren, houtreparatie) tot en met het schilderwerk (gronden, voorlakken en aflakken). De offerte is duidelijk en het afgesproken bedrag in de offerte is ook een wat er uiteindelijk betaald moest worden. Mocht tijdens het verven iets anders lopen dan verwacht dan communiceert Jeroen daar duidelijk over en bespreekt hij transparant de opties. Verder vind ik een goed punt om te benoemen dat Jeroen let op de kleine dingetjes, zo moest hij bijvoorbeeld in ons bad staan om bij een raam te kunnen en in plaats van met zn schoenen er direct in te staan legt hij eerst een matje neer. Een klein dingetje dat eigenlijk nergens over gaat maar wat wel aangeeft dat hij daar dus oog voor heeft. Als laatste een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Voor onze volgende verfklus huren we hem weer in. Jeroen comes across as accessible and professional from the very first moment. The quotation is clear and the agreed amount in the quotation is also what had to be paid in the end. If something goes differently than expected during the painting process, Jeroen will communicate clearly and discuss the options transparently. I also think it is a good point to mention that Jeroen pays attention to the little things, for example he had to stand in our bath to be able to reach a window and instead of standing directly in it with his shoes, he first lays a mat. A small thing that is actually not about anything but which indicates that he has an eye for it. Finally, a good price / quality ratio. We will hire it again for our next paint job.

Ze gaan heel zuinig met de spullen om en zorgen dat naderhand alles keurig schoon wordt opgeleverd. De kwaliteit van materiaal en werk is heel goed. Ze zijn zelf ook trots op hun werk en dat vind ik altijd een goed teken. In deze corona tijd vond ik het wel spannend om iemand in huis te halen. Maar Jeroen deed dat heel goed zodat er altijd voldoende afstand was en ook andere zaken werden goed geregeld om de maatregelen te kunnen blijven volgen. Jeroen bespreekt dingen indien nodig zodat je niet naderhand voor verrassingen komt te staan. They are proud of their work themselves and I always think that is a good sign. In this corona time I thought it was exciting to bring someone into the house.
