★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tineke Bakker Jachthaven is een fantastisch familiebedrijf op een toplocatie in Zeeburg Amsterdam. We zijn met zoveel liefde en goede zorg ontvangen. Direct geholpen en alle benodigdheden voor het opknappen van de boot in de winkel aanwezig.
Het was een echt toffe ervaring om de boot bij jullie te kunnen brengen! Dank Tineke en Ries ??
 Tineke Bakker Jachthaven is a fantastic family business in a prime location in Zeeburg Amsterdam. We have been received with so much love and good care. Immediately helped and all necessary equipment for refurbishing the boat in the store.
It was a really cool experience to bring the boat to you! Thanks Tineke and Ries ??

Small marina with no facilities. We spent the night there by boat. Restaurant and shop camping Zeeburg within walking distance. Very friendly people. Nice base for a city trip to Amsterdam

SERVICE: the provided service was quite poor:
- scheduling pick up the date for my boat was like playing with the roulette,
- I got bill for service I didn't ask.
- At the end of the season, the boat I parked there, was feel of water (I pay them to cover it but the job was maybe not well made).
- In the description they say that it is possible to work on your boat during the winter, reality is that you can do it but you can't bring any other persons.
EXPERIENCE: dealing with Tineke was a not pleasant experience.
- She has a problem with the expat I suppose. Her english is pretty good but she want to talk in dutch (exact words where: "We live in the Netherlands and you should learn our language). I agree with her, I should learn dutch, but it's not an easy task and it would be nice not feel discriminate because I don't know the language.
- Tineke it's also pretty rude, aggressive and every contact was an unpleasant experience.
- I always had the feeling that Tineke was not providing a service but simply try to drain as much cash was possible. It's not the first time I have this feeling with someone but at least the other shops they were doing it with a smile and with kind and gentle manners.
Tineke is probably not a bad person but she might have a lack of social skill and she probably deeply hate her job.
I would deeply suggest to bring your boat to another place.
