Mijn broek was na 4 maanden al kapot, ik ben met de broek en betalingsbewijs op mijn ING internetbankieren app (zonder bonnetje) naar de winkel gegaan en heb een nieuwe broek mogen uitzoeken waarbij de aankoopprijs van de kapotte broek werd vergoed.
Good store with customer-friendly staff. My pants were already broken after 4 months, I went to the store with the pants and proof of payment on my ING internet banking app (without a receipt) and I was able to choose new pants where the purchase price of the broken pants was reimbursed.

Last week I was able to exchange my pants that I ordered online here. Because my size was not in stock, it was ordered for me on the spot in the store and shipped to my house. Thank you so much!
