★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Auswahl, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Obergeschoss ist nur über eine Rolltreppe (nur aufwärts) und über Treppen zu erreichen. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden.
Good selection, very friendly staff. The upper floor can only be accessed via an escalator (only upwards) and via stairs. An elevator is not available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Bedienung, cooles Ambiente. Doch im Sommer ohne Klimaanlage oben kaum auszuhalten! Mindestens 40 Grad Raumtemperatur - Kein entspanntes Shoppen und Anprobieren.
Nice service, cool atmosphere. But in summer it is hard to bear without air conditioning upstairs! At least 40 degrees room temperature - no relaxed shopping and trying on.

Aber im Sommer müssen die armen Mitarbeiter bei unglaublichen Temperaturen ohne feststellbare Klimaanlage arbeiten...einzig an der Kasse steht ein Ventilator!!! Zum längeren Aufenthalt und zur Anprobe sind Tmemperatuten über 30 Grad nicht geeignet.
Good shop, very friendly service, good advice and selection! But in summer the poor employees have to work at unbelievable temperatures without a lockable air conditioning system ... there is only a fan at the checkout! Temperatures over 30 degrees are not suitable for longer stays or for trying on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da steht man vor der Tür...möchte telefonisch einen Termin erfragen und niemand meldet sich an der anderen Seite der Leitung. Dann sieht man die Verkäuferinnen und spricht Sie an aber die Reaktion ist nur ein abwinken und das obwohl der Laden leer war. Toller Service...und das in Zeiten der Pandemie. Da geh ich nie wieder hin.
There you stand in front of the door ... would like to call for an appointment and nobody answers on the other side of the line. Then you see the shop assistants and speak to you, but the reaction is only a wave of disapproval, even though the shop was empty. Great service ... and that in times of the pandemic. I'll never go there again.
