Ja so ist das oft.Mietshaus,kein warmes Wasser keinen Hausmeister,aber die Firma Jakobs & Frank ist für die Mieter in so einem Fall zu rufen,denn diese hat den Schlüssel der Anlage.Man ruft an und wird erstmal ziemlich unfreundlich am Telefon behandelt,mit den Worten: "Immer müsst ihr mich Sonntags anrufen!!!" Worauf ich ihm entgegnte,dass es mir ja Leid tun würde,aber ich da auch nichts für könne,dass ausgerechnet Sonntags morgens die Technik ,aus welchen Gründen auch IMMER,versagt. Fazit dieses sehr "Kundenfreundlichen" Gespräches war dann,dass man Montag morgen erst kommt.Habe dem Herrn Frank,freundlich ,wie ich bin,noch einen schönen Sonntag gewünscht und bei den Temperaturen auch viel Spaß beim Duschen heute abend... Die Heizung läuft mittlerweile, Sanitär ist noch in der Rohinstallation. Bisher sind wir ausnahmslos zufrieden, gute Beratung, faire Preise und wenn mal Probleme auftreten, sind die Herren gut erreichbar und kümmern sich schnell darum (keine Selbstverständlichkeit bei Handwerkern, wie wir gelernt haben). Wenn es so weiterläuft, gehört die Firma zu den besten Handwerkern, die wir beauftragt haben. Nachtrag, 4 Monate später: Es ist dabei geblieben, zuverlässig, schnell, gut erreichbar. Alles super. Zwei Optionen blieben: reparatur oder austausch der Therme, haben uns dann aufgrund des hohen Alters und der langen Betriebszeit der Therme für einen Austausch des Gerätes entschieden. Heute lassen wir alle Arbeiten zu Heizung und Wasser über Jacobs & Frank erledigen und sind sehr froh, einen so fähigen und vertrauensvollen Dienstleister an unserer Seite zu wissen.
