Komen hier al jaren (mijn vader ook overigens). Altijd zeer goed geholpen en goede service, met eerlijk advies en prijzen!
Been coming here for years (my dad too by the way). Always very good help and good service, with honest advice and prices!

Een APK keuring laten verrichten, echter kwam er een aantal punten naar boven, zijnde: - grootlicht linksvoor deed het niet (bleek loszittend kabeltje te zijn) - rechtsachter knipperlicht moest worden vervangen (oranje folie van lampje zelf liet los) - rechtsvoor mistlamp zit wat los (beugel moet worden gelijmd) - rechterachterband versleten (1.5mm ipv 1.6mm) Ik kan mij hierin vinden. Nadat ze hiervoor mij hadden gebeld, ben ik naar de garage gegaan. Aangegeven dat ik de verlichting zelf kan doen (achteraf ook gedaan, 20min aan kwijtgeweest) en dat ik de banden enkele dagen later zou vervangen door een set winterbanden. Het zou namelijk zonde zijn als ik achter een nieuwe set zomerbanden liet monteren, als ik er toch maar 3 dagen mee zou rijden. In plaats van hersteltermijn te bieden, na aangeven dat ik deze punten zelf wilde herstellen, werd naar de collega in de werkplaats geroepen dat 'meneer het zelf wil doen, dus dat de auto kan worden afgekeurd en dit in het systeem mocht worden doorgevoerd'. Het viel mij tegen dat ik geen hersteltermijn kreeg aangeboden. het leek erop dat ik of (gedwongen) de reparatie door hen moest laten verrichten (zou met name zonde zijn van achterbanden) of dat de auto direct werd afgekeurd. Het meedenken met de klant in alternatieve oplossingen liet te wensen over. Ik ben daarom teleurgesteld in James Autoservice Nieuwenhuijsen en de manier van klantgericht werken.
An MOT inspection, however, a number of points came up, being: - left front high beam did not work (turned out to be a loose cable) - right rear indicator had to be replaced (orange foil of the light itself came off) - front right fog lamp is a bit loose (bracket needs to be glued) - right rear tire worn (1.5mm instead of 1.6mm) I can find myself in this. After they called me for this, I went to the garage. Indicated that I can do the lighting myself (also done afterwards, 20min lost) and that I would replace the tires a few days later with a set of winter tires. It would be a shame if I had a new set of summer tires mounted behind, if I would only drive for 3 days. Instead of offering a recovery period, after indicating that I wanted to repair these points myself, the colleague in the workshop was called out that 'sir wants to do it himself, so that the car can be rejected and this could be entered in the system'. I was disappointed that I was not offered a recovery period. it seemed that I or (forced) the repair had to be done by them (would be a waste of rear tires in particular) or that the car was immediately rejected. Thinking along with the customer in alternative solutions left much to be desired. I am therefore disappointed in James Autoservice Nieuwenhuijsen and the customer-oriented way of working.

Super zaak. Expertise over LPG ten top. Had een olie nodig, meneer keek even naar mijn olie reservaat en wist precies welke olie erin moet. Prima prijzen. Zeer klantvriendelijk.
Great case. Expertise about LPG at its best. Needed an oil, sir looked at my oil reserve and knew exactly which oil to put in it. Great prices. Very customer friendly.

James Autoservice Nieuwenhuijsen heeft mij direct kunnen helpen, waar de dealer er zelf niet uitkwam en mij onverrichte zaken wegstuurde. Auto (prius 3) startte erg onregelmatig. Bleek aan de accu te liggen welke niet aan een drempelspanning kwam. Top service, snel en vriendelijk. Hier kom ik zeker nog terug!
James Autoservice Nieuwenhuijsen was able to help me immediately, where the dealer couldn't find a solution himself and sent me away unfinished business. Car (prius 3) started very irregularly. Turned out to be the battery which did not reach a threshold voltage. Top service, fast and friendly. I will definitely come back here!

Good experience for the past 5 years I've been coming there. You might be paying slightly more than when you really go for the lowest options you can find on the internet but it's not worth the hassle in my opinion. Great service, good mechanic's so far and always ready to help.

Bought an LPG car and came here for a check. For oil, filter, engine belt, wipers, exhaust, two tyres, they asked me over 1700 euro. The main reason I came here is because the car was LPG and I wanted to make sure the LPG system was fine. They said the LPG system was fine, I decided to have oil and filter and engine belt changed for which I was charged stratospheric 700 euro (and the engine belt could still go for another 20K km). And it turns out the LPG system is NOT ok but they never saw that problem. Tried once, never coming back again, even being the closest LPG specialist to me. Gangsters
