Onze dochter had een HATA frisdrankje gekocht (komt uit Japan of China). Het is een glazen flesje waarbij de bovenkant (hard) ingedrukt moet worden om te openen. Dit lukte ons niet en we zijn toen terug gegaan naar de Jamin winkel. De Jamin medewerkster (zeer vrolijk en behulpzaam type) kreeg het ook niet voor elkaar maar liet het er niet bij zitten, ze liep naar de schoenmaker aan de overkant en vroeg of hij kon helpen. En ja hoor met behulp van een hamer lukte het om het flesje zonder dat deze stuk ging open te maken. Onze dochter blij, wij blij. Het was een leuk klein avontuurtje geworden. Als klap op de vuurpijl kregen mijn dochter en ik ook nog eens een softijsje! Het kan dus nog wel in deze tijd...medewerkers die plezier in hun werk hebben en je ook daadwerkelijk willen helpen. Our daughter bought a HATA soft drink (is from Japan or China). It is a glass bottle where the top must be pressed (hard) to open. We did not succeed and we then went back to the Jamin store. The Jamin employee (very cheerful and helpful type) could not get it together but did not give up, she walked to the shoemaker across the street and asked if he could help. And yes, with the help of a hammer, it was possible to open the bottle without breaking it. Our daughter is happy, we are happy. It had become a fun little adventure. To top it all off, my daughter and I also got a soft ice cream! So it is still possible at this time ... employees who enjoy their work and actually want to help you.
