M	Mari Mari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leen auto is opgehaald bij firma Roos in Schiedam. Daarbij is een aantekening gemaakt dat deze auto niet is schoongemaakt en dat er vogelpoep op de deur zat. Daar hoeft u niks aan te doen. Ik kon de auto terug leveren na 1 dag in gebruik te hebben gehad bij firma Jan de Graaf. Geen gedag helemaal niks. Keken boos vanwege het feit dat de auto aan de buitenkant niet schoon was. Ja dat kwam inderdaad door de vogelpoep maar daar is een aantekening van gemaakt. Ze waren natuurlijk niet blij dat de auto schoon moest worden gemaakt maar dan vraag je wat er aan de hand is en waarom de auto niet schoon is!! Dan leg ik het je uit. Sorry ging er met een naar gevoel weg. Leen car was picked up at the Roos firm in Schiedam. In addition, a note was made that this car was not cleaned and that there was bird droppings on the door. You don't have to do anything about that. I was able to return the car after using it for 1 day at the Jan de Graaf company. No goodbye at all. Looked angry because the car was not clean on the outside. Yes, that was indeed due to the bird droppings, but a note has been made of this. They were of course not happy that the car had to be cleaned but then you ask what is going on and why the car is not clean !! Then I'll explain it to you. Sorry left with a bad feeling.

Tuurlijk was het antwoord en ijn stijl brachten ze mij snel en veilig bij de terminal. Dank toppers!? Our loan car was back on the day I left for London. Jokingly asked if she didn't want to bring me. Sure the answer was and their style brought me to the terminal quickly and safely. Thank you toppers!
M	Misch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hat eigentlich kein Stern verdient. Die haben uns Zufällig auf der Autobahn gesehen und Uns gezwungen mitzufahren, obwohl wir nicht Mal den Auftrag gegeben haben. Wurde gesagt, dass es umsonst ist und nachher mussten wir 250€ bezahlen. Sehr unfreundlich. Die haben uns ignoriert als wir eine Erklärung wollten und wurden handgreiflich. Didn't really deserve a star. They saw us by chance on the autobahn and forced us to drive along, even though we didn't even give the order. Was told it was free and afterwards we had to pay € 250. Very impolite. They ignored us when we wanted an explanation and were violent.

Next day I couldn’t return the car before wash it. Contacted the guy from Graaf Jr BV, who gave me the car. Without any shame he said, sorry! I can not help you. From the other reviews I understand I am not the first one with this experience.
