Er ontstond namelijk een kans op vorst van er buitenmuur, dat tot schade zou kunnen leiden. Dit heeft de vertegenwoordiger eerlijk en uitgebreid toegelicht. Hij heeft zelf aangegeven waar ik op moest letten (garantieregeling etc) als andere bedrijven wel de isolatie zouden uitvoeren. Vervolgens heeft hij mee gedacht in alternatieven. Dit zelfs terwijl het bedrijf deze opties zelf niet kon uitvoeren. Helaas geen zaken met het bedrijf gedaan, maar wel complimenten over hun eerlijkheid en professionaliteit. De adviseur heeft de tijd genomen en met openheid en deskundigheid uitgelegd hoe het gesteld was met de isolatie van de spouwmuren van onze woning. Dit betekende wel dat, juist door deze eerlijkheid, wij geen na-isolatie behoeven. De terugverdientijd en het te behalen rendement in gasverbruik was voor ons nu niet aantrekkelijk genoeg. Het siert de adviseur en de organisatie om eerlijkheid en vakmanschap te verkiezen boven winstbejag, vijf van de vijf sterren!! Good and honest information about cavity wall insulation! Er bleken resten van oud isolatiemateriaal in de spouw te zitten. Waar andere partijen afhaakten was het voor Jansen geen probleem. In plaats van korrels werd er schuim gebruikt. De uitvoering verliep ook vlekkeloos. De werkzaamheden begonnen nogal vroeg maar dat hoort erbij. Alle rommel is netjes opgeruimd en de gaatjes zijn keurig dichtgestopt. Al met al zeker een aanrader! Het woon huis heeft ingebouwde rolluikbakken (België) en dit gaf achteraf problemen. Wil de firma dan ook een 10 geven want ze hebben het heel goed opgelost. Ben dan ook heel blij als wij s'morgens opstaan is het nog steeds behaaglijk 20 graden terwijl voorheen het echt koud was Having our house and workshop insulated by Firma Jansen, workshop was okay right away. Ander bedrijven waren kort; dat kan niet na geïsoleerd worden, daar beginnen we niet aan. Jansen werkt met een speciaal soort schuim waarbij het wel goed mogelijk was. Het huis is in twee dagen volledig geïsoleerd, alles is netjes opgeruimd, de geboorde gaatjes vallen na het dichtstoppen niet meer op en de medewerker was uiterst vriendelijk en beleefd. Alle rommel is opgeruimd. Afspraken werden perfect nagekomen. Ik moet zeggen dat het een stuk behaaglijker voelt in huis, het huis warmt veel sneller op en, hoewel ik over exacte besparing pas iets kan zeggen na een heel jaar, heb ik het idee dat we echt veel minder gas verstoken. Jansen works with a special kind of foam that was quite possible. The house is completely insulated in two days, everything is neatly cleaned up, the drilled holes are no longer noticeable after plugging up and the employee was extremely friendly and polite. All clutter has been cleared. Agreements were fulfilled perfectly. I have to say that it feels a lot more comfortable in the house, the house heats up much faster and, although I can only say something about exact savings after a whole year, I have the idea that we really burn a lot less gas.
