The bag I got with Saint Nicholas did not meet the requirements. 2 weeks later without any problem exchange for another copy..

Dat probleem was snel opgelost, maar toen kwam er een andere en lastigere uitdaging.. maar het maakt allemaal niet uit voor Desiré. Van júist die uitdaging gaat ze nog meer lachen, want dat maakt haar werk nog leuker aldus haar zelf - dat was te horen :) . Super goed en gezellig geholpen, thanks to Desiré♡!! I called Jasmijn Tas and traveled with a question about an order that I wanted to place but did not go well. I got an enthusiastic lady on the phone who was watching. That problem was solved quickly, but then there was another and more difficult challenge ... but it does not matter for Desiré. From the very challenge she is going to laugh even more, because that makes her work even more fun in her own self - that was to be heard :). Super good and friendly helped, thanks to Desiré ♡ !!
D	David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lees deze review voordat je iets koop bij Jasmijn tas en reis. Ik wou een tas retourneren van 130 euro die ik 1 uur geleden gekocht had. Jasmijn weigerde het geld te retourneren en bood een tegoedbon aan. Er stond bij de kassa een klein papiertje (zie foto) met hand daarop geschreven dat er geen geld terug wordt geven (en de op de bon, maar dan ben je al te laat). De medewerker wou niet in discussie gaan en gedroeg zich bijdehand. Hij heeft mijn telefoonnummer opgeschreven met mijn naam om me te contacteren als er een oplossing is. Raad is, geen telefoontje gehad. Al in al, duur winkel met slechte voorwaardes en slechte service. Read this review before you buy anything at Jasmijn bag and travel. I wanted to return a bag of 130 euros that I bought 1 hour ago. Jasmijn refused to return the money and offered a voucher. There was a small piece of paper at the cash register (see photo) with a hand written on it that no money will be returned (and on the receipt, but then you are already too late). The employee did not want to argue and behaved smartly. He wrote down my phone number with my name to contact me if there is a solution. Council, no phone call. All in all, expensive shop with bad conditions and bad service.
